I used to rate this place highly as i was employed there for over a year and worked my butt off for them. The moment I left for college after being told I'd be put on leave of absence I was instead terminated without notice or reason. Thanks for stabbing me in the back after giving you a year and my best work. To my co workers you guys were great thank you

I have dined at Chipotle on many occasions. From California I have eaten and enjoyed many meals from Chipotle. On March 24 while on a 6 week vacation. My wife and I arrived in Boston and got to our room and rushed to Chipotle. It was 9:00 pm and they close at 10 pm so the GPS said 4 min. I arrived at 9:30 and they had all of the food bins out of warmer and the girl (your big problem attitude) asked my order and began to prepare my bowl. I noticed the portion size was half of what I am used to. I finally spoke up when she barely put any beans. She added a few more beans and rudely asked me "meat?" I asked for chicken. I declined the salsa due to areas cleanliness. Wife asked for the same bowl that I ordered I tried to watch her make it I seen her grab the spoon she used 4 beans and quickly added chicken. She also declined the salsa had to ask for salt which came back to me in a salsa cup without a lid We raced back to Hotel to enjoy our meal and when we pulled off the foil cover we were amazed at how cold it was. My wife's was even colder than mine because that girl never even put beans on hers. I realized that mine was probably the last bottom scoop of beans from a container that they kept full of beans so the bottom was most likely old. By this time I am very upset. I am vowing to write you and post rotten reviews about my experience at Chipotle. Warn people about the rude bi**h that served us. Warn people that they close earlier than their companies other locations I have frequented. I will probably never go back to a Chipotle again. I will go back to El Pollo Loco.

Employee screamed across the parking lot at me that I had stolen a mobile order, and made me come back to show her my phone / receipt (which I did indeed place and pay for). It was humiliating, and she did not apologize after (“They make me do this to everyone”). I had waited inside for several minutes for my order to be ready, if I was shoplifting wouldn’t I have just taken something already there? Complained on the app twice, after two weeks got an auto response that they are too busy to read my email but here’s a free guacamole and chips for next time. Will not be a next time, thanks.

Recieved the wrong order twice. Always check your bag before you leave the restaurant! Completely wrong. Can’t get a refund. Unacceptable I’m done with chipotle. Their prices increased yet their quality decreased.

Been going to this chipotle for approximately 6 months or so. I have to stay they have been great in the preparation of cooking and preparing the food and staff is we’ll organized and cooperative but to be honest a lot of other chipotle’s suck at cooking and preparing there food it’s always dirty not cooked enough especially the meat but this chipotle on 112 commerce way in Woburn Massachusetts is the best chipotle I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot of them through middlesex and Essex county so I’m grateful there is at least one good chipotle within 25 maybe 30 miles from where I live keep it up chipotle at 112 commerce way in Woburn Massachusetts and just FYI this comment is also a message to all other chipotle’s besides the one location @ 112 commerce way Woburn Massachusetts who is by far the best chipotle in All of s Massachusetts thank you Woburn Chipotle

Online orders often way behind even if it's not busy, staff are dismissive and unfriendly, orders are never accurate. I went today and got a barbacoa burrito and they didn't put the barbacoa in the burrito so it was just rice in a tortilla. They don't care either, they don't apologize. Stay away from this location. It used to be alright 2 years ago but the staff are just miserable now.Update: i get lunch on my work today. Order a burrito, chicken rice beans cheese salsa lettuce. Easy right? I get a portion of chicken wrapped in a tortilla and that's it. Utter incompetence

Never again will I order from this location, they continue to take online orders even though they get get the ones they have out on time. Currently running 30min late. So if you ordered for a 7 pm pick up you actually get your food at 730. Stop taking orders if you can’t fill them on time. They also will not refund your order if you choose to leave ?

This place is terrible! When they are busy, with a line of customers in the restaurant, they completely ignore the online / mobile orders. So you put in an order using the app and it says it'll be ready at a certain time, you get to the store and the place is packed with people waiting for their mobile orders and the staff only take the orders from the people in line. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. And the staff move at a snails pace. Must be terrible management to allow this to happen time and time again. Stay away for your own sake!

Love chipotle but, every time i order a salad they ALWAYS FORGET THE DRESSING! Nothing like a dry salad when you get home or have it delivered.

The employees are always cleaning and making sure the restaurant is clean despite being one of the busiest Chipotles in the area.The staff behind the counter work like a well oiled machine. Always talking to each other making sure the orders are correct. The team work at this location is admirable because they are so busy doing walk in and online orders. Best Chipotle yet!
