I attended dinner with Elisa and Anna with my daughter and granddaughter last night Tuesday 3.29.22I was so impressed how well organized and coordinated the evening was.Elsa and Anna were very warm and friendly.This was a night I know my granddaughter will never forget!!Thank you!
I will never go back to Uno's again we ordered the pizza skins (nasty the crust was so hard you could use it for a hockey puck), Deep dish ricotta mushrooms and meatball pizza (same crust was like a hockey puck) chicken parmesan sandwich was the only thing good So talked to the waitresses and she told the manager and the manager refunded our pizza skins but never ask to put our would in again to try to get it right so we paid $60 with tip include for the most nasty pizza ever
Online ordering was easy and quick. Food was not ready when stated. When we got the food the chicken quesadilla was cold. Tasted good but had to be heated.
Food was great. Service was a little slow, but understandably. Bartender was also waitressing, so we were patient. I think because of the location not alot of people come to this Umo's but that's good. No wait on a Saturday night and great meal.
I love UNO's, but I'm sad about how lackluster the fries are here. Also the burger buns don't really hold together well when you pick them up. I ended up eating it with a fork and knife ,which I Franky don't mind, but because it was on paper in a deep dish I had to be careful I wasn't eating it. I would like to bring how unprofessional and poor the service provided here is. My wife had called in a pizza and after waiting for 45 minutes I was told I need to wait for another 45 minutes to 1 hour. The reason being that your chef employee had came in drunk. When I asked the person at the front that I wanted to speak with the manager she started giving me attitude for this instead of helping me. I had to raise my voice and demand that we get a discount after our food was later for over an hour plus. There were so many other patrons waiting on their food and were receiving no service or updates. It showed very poor customer service and professionalism being displayed. I wanted to bring this to your attention to ensure other people don't suffer the same way I did. Unprofessional and very poor service.
The servers and everyone were very nice and it wasn't their fault that it took 45 minutes for our food to be ready. We had a party of seven but it seemed like a long wait. Kitchen was understaffed I think which wasn't their fault either. Food was great and we had a good time.
