Absolutely awful! Taco pizza smashed at the bottom of the bag, so the top of the pizza was stuck to the box. All the hard tacos were soggy, and the burrito supreme had a shell that was ripped apart in several places which made it impossible to eat! Never again! COVID is no longer an excuse for terrible food and service! Especially when you wait 30 minutes for fast food!
This location is so fast and the food was made new.Usually the food is cooled off or just warm. This place makes sure to treat customers well with food that is fresh. The customer service reps were awesome too! Very social and kind. I hope more business comes here because at least the service is fast, good and friendly.
Dining room was closed a couple of minutes after 8 but take out was going strong.
Tuesday, 6:30 PM, closed. No sign on door, people inside ignoring everyone. Very sad that a good business is so misrepresented.
We ordered at 7:26 pm and waiting inside, 8:20 pm they said we are going to make your order now. Worse Service and rude staff at Westborough location.Go somewhere else if you want to eat peaceful.
Me and my nurse colleagues came through the drive thru and the manager is absolutely disrespectful and nasty rude. It’s literally sad to have to deal with this type of customer service. She needs to get FIREDDDDDD immediately. Disgusting behavior and unacceptable!
The people who were working in the store was too rude especially the Manager Talia Perez who closed the drive thru door on our face very harshly. Never suggest this taco bell as the food was not even fresh.
This is the only Taco Bell I am aware of in my nationwide travels that you can still get a Question at via drive thru. They are always quick and I have never gotten a missed item.
If your Indian and can't speak English this is the place for you. Wasted 20 minutes of my time, to not get my food because they can't figure out the register. Suggest going somewhere else
Never eat at this location they messed up the whole order. Manager is rude and ignorant and staff working their don’t know how to take order’s. They gave us food with meat even though they were told we were vegetarian.During pandemic some of them had no mask on. They need to be reported to department of health.
