Big space. Lacks light, outside views, counter buzz, and overall atmosphere. Bland food. Plastic plates. Low-grade food items. Oily grilled eggs (you can tastes the griddle oil). Boring coffee. More than one Waitress(s) brings your drink glasses to you with their hand securely wrapped around where your mouth should drink from. (Management etiquette lacking). Nothing here to draw us back again. A Once and done disappointment. We should have checked TA 1st, as this place does. It pull up on their top Westborough restaurants. Sorry.

First time there, will definitely be back. Really good breakfast, and super service.

The golfer scrambler came with shredded cheddar cheese on top and it wasn’t melted, just sprinkled on last minute. The pancake lacked flavor and was tough to cut into. The potatoes lacked seasoning. Coffee was weak. Would like to give it another chance but the meal was disappointing.

Fairly okay. The pancakes are light and fluffy as well as pretty big and the ham isn't super salty like most breakfast places. Other than those takeaways, it's just a standard breakfast place

Casual and low key. Friendly, fast service. The home fries are so good! I would go just for them

Decent breakfast place, not the best I've been to, but pretty good. Place is very clean, food is good and we go there every now and then.

we have been in a couple of times. great service and food was delicious.

Not up to its previous standards. There was only one waitress. She was not particularly pleasant and got our orders wrong. The food was good, but the portions were small. I am not a big person. I only weigh 110 lbs. And I left there hungry.

First time at south street diner. The food was alright , slightly below average. The atmosphere was not the most welcoming. Our waitress seemed slightly in a rush, and was not very friendly. She didn’t introduce herself or talk about the specials, and just seemed like she wanted us in then out.I had asked for a box she dropped off my french toast after finishing our eggs and she asked me if I was ready for the check immediately . Just felt like she didn’t want to be waiting our table... could have been tried or busy but as a former waitress I always tried to make my customers feel welcome and good especially on a Sunday morning. customer Service is crucial in a dining experience.

I really like this place, as I've experienced fast service, and everything cooked to my order. But, a couple of Saturdays ago I went with my son, and I ordered the Irish Eggs Benedict. It took a long time, and it was just awful! On presentation, the egg, hash, and muffing weren't stacked evenly. There was no evidence of Hollandaise sauce, save for a puddle of melted butter on the plate surrounding the English muffins. One egg was overcooked, with a hard yolk, and had a very strong taste of vinegar. I know one puts vinegar in the water when poaching eggs, but only a drop! The eggs shouldn't taste of vinegar. The other egg was cooked properly. The English muffins were impossible to cut! I thought I would break the plate trying to saw through them. Overall, the worst restaurant eggs Benedict I've ever had. In addition, the home fries are the most uninspired, bland, dull home fries ever! No detectable seasoning, no peppers, no onions. Bland. I won't be going back unless I just want traditional bacon and fried eggs. And the waitress never returned to heat up our coffee until in desperation I flagged her down.
