If I could leave 0 stars I would’ve. The audacity of this restaurant to have “Tonkotsu Ramen” listed on their menu. Considering how prized and beloved a dish ramen is in Japan you would think that some effort would’ve been put into it. Next time just label it instant ramen because that’s what it tasted like, my 11 year old daughter even agreed. There were also rotten carrot slices in it so there’s that… the sushi smelled off and tasted like it was 3 days old. The fried chicken wings were ghastly and the size of my thumb. Wouldn’t return back to this place if you paid me
We bought a groupon for 100$ and had to visit twice to redeem that. 1st when we tried to use they said we should buy 5 Hibachi or more to use it ( our mistake), so we ended up going there 2nd time to use the coupon. Next time we ordered 5 Hibachi to make use of the groupon and this time the bill came close to another 100 after applying the groupon, upon checking the items on it they added 1/2 of the bill towards gratuity which is generally outside the bill total.They argued that since we applied groupon they have to include gratuity into it. Overall not so great exp given the fact that we had to drive over 60 miles to get there for dinner !
The impression of the restaurant is that the decoration style is very unique, the bar is suitable for relaxing after work, I recommend Hibachi for family gatherings, the iron plate performance is interesting, the food materials are fresh, the Sushi Bar is open, the dining area is also suitable for dating. Food will be served slowly during peak hours. Suggest an appetizer or a cocktail to take your time.
Been sitting here for 15 mins not one person has even acknowledged me being here to pick up order. Pretty sad customer service. Can't even say hi how are u just awkwardly sitting here for no reason I guess

I went there with a friend during the afternoon for a hibachi lunch and it was AMAZING. The chef was super friendly and we had like four sake shots. So a month later we decided to come again for another great experience on a Saturday night. WRONG. The chef we had was super silent, made our food, & no sake shots. When I asked why he said it’s not mandatory to give it out?? He was super rude while explaining things. I had to stop him mid sentence and tell him it’s okay pls have a good night..smh. The only reason why I put 3 stars is because the other chef was superb. Please be aware of who you are allowing to cook a hibachi dinner! Totally ruined the experience here
This place is worst if you think you want to waste your time please visit this ! We stood waiting to be seated for 10 mins despite calling in an hour before and had to leave since the staff was least bothered. We were so excited to have the food based on the reviews on the V-DAY. The host was more busy eating themselves then being bothered about anything else. Maybe this place works on its own mood. But definitely a big ZERO for hospitality.
Delicious lunch! I had a girls day at the spa in the next plaza and we came here afterwards. The food was so good and the prices were awesome for lunch with great specials. Highly recommend the salmon teriyaki and the sushi donut!
The food was hot, flavorful, and abundant. The chef cooking on the hibachi was fun and entertaining. We were a party of 6 and had our own room which was great for Covid safety. I'd recommend Sachis wholeheartedly! ??❤
Sachi is back in business for dining in. I haven't dropped in since before COVID and missed this Westborough gem. I definitely recommend stopping in. You won't be disappointed. Great drinks. Awesome food. Phenomenal staff.
