Certainly very tasty food! Just enjoyed it. Ambience may not be great or vibrant but a place to enjoy the food :)
They are serving stale food for sure! When brought to their attention, simply no response. You can see the cauliflower in their Gobi65 has literally gone bad. Noticed this in multiple cauliflower pieces.Food quality and customer service at worst! Stay Away from this place!
This review is updated. I had given 4 stars few years ago but now unfortunately I had to change the rating to one star. That's because the food is extremely spicy. Even if we ask them to make it mild, they make it medium spicy or even spicier. So many times after having their food my stomach has gone bad because of the level of chillies is so high. The staff is very rude and they argue with you if you tell them how bad their food was. Please don't eat here. This restaurant should be reported and closed.
Please PLEASE don’t try this. Just had their chicken biryani and butter chicken curry. I can’t explain how awful their Biryani was which should be their speciality. Literally semi-cooked chicken pieces with very less spices. So TASTELESS food.When I went for pickup, restaurant was empty on Friday evening. At that moment, I knew this is highly unpopular place and nobody would come here.Will never try it again.
Not happy with their delivery partners Grubhub. Delivery driver was extremely arrogant that she delivered the food in some random address or possibly might have eaten that food. When I got a notification that food is delivered I saw that there was no delivery and when I tried to call her to help her to redirect to correct address she refused to pick the call. I had to call customer care and when they tried to reach out to that driver she refused to correct her mistake and said I will not deliver it and mind you it happened with in 2 mins from delivery confirmation notification. I had to wait for almost one hour for the food and it was delivered in wrong address or possibly eaten by that driver who even refused to pick the call for proper directions. @paradise biryani if you are aligned with delivery partners who are this rude perhaps you should rethink on it. Not happy with either Grubhub or with paradise biryani. @Grubhub Shame on you for hiring such arrogant drivers who don’t care anything about customer or they refuse to even go extra mile for customer satisfaction.
I used to order from here a lot. But this time I was shocked when I ordered a "Vegetable" biryani but it had "chicken pieces" in it. To make it worst, the chicken was spoilt. I called them to report the problem but rather than apologizing they simply asked me to bring it back. When I told them to have it collected from my place, they mentioned that they don't do it and can refund only after the chef confirms the same. Seemed like a "minor" issue to them. NEVER going back there and waste my time with them againMy bad I didn't trust other similar reviews about them in the recent months.
We ordered many food item naat kodi biryani, chicken biryani, chicken chettinad curry, mutton sukha- naat kodi biryani was too delicious(must try) other item was also freshly cooked and taste was good.We asked for more spice level which they did it nicely.In dessert we ordered carrot halwa, gulab jamun, rasmalai and double ka meetha- dessert was too good specially double ka meethaNext time will try more variety food from the menu.
Biryani Fit for patients.Ordered chicken and mutton biryani from this place and 1- they both taste exactly the same 2- I shouldn't be calling it taste.The biryani is the worst I've tasted in a while and honestly is an insult to the taste buds.You'd be better off calling it hydrated rice and meat rather than Hyderabad biryani.I'm not buying from here ever again.

Buffet was good. Food is tasty except for fry piece chicken biryani. Overall great experience. Visited twice so far. Will go again.
