Drive through order, Mcdouble with only pickles, onions and cheese. I see on the board that the order was wrong. Sat at the speaker saying excuse me. No one answered, so I pulled up the window and told the person at the window that he did the order wrong. Had him fix the order then I noticed he over charged me. the manager gave me change but not enough, handed me $1.75 and it should of been $2.39 plus tax. Manager became rude and said well I guess your getting a free sandwich...which I was not as that is what I was over charged. Next window I get my food and the food is wrong, so I had to go inside not to hold up the line any longer. I walk in the door and the manager real cocky says "what do you want now". I told her the sandwich was wrong and she said "go somewhere else and pay $40 if you want your food right" The manager gave me my sandwich and then said "[email protected] you and get out" In no situation should a manager (or any employee) treat a customer like that.
Very over priced. They charge$2.50 for a small hash brown.They charge almost $5.00 fora Egg McMuffin. McDonald'sis no longer a place for reasonable prices. Not a recommend place to goanymore !
We went through drive through to something to drink, before ordering we asked them if any milk content in the drink they said no but when I received and googled the content it had milk and not suitable for someone who has milk allergy. The guy at the window never gave me the receipt and when i asked for he talked to me very rudely , never going back to this place.
Close this whole operation down. When did y'all get so bad? This exact location's quality and customer service has dropped dramatically. La comida basura, for you non English speakers. I know we not supposed to be eating this stuff but got damn. I been on the toilet for a cool 3 days after indulging in what I thought was food served by this establishment. My stomach straight up rejected this stuff. No good. Terrible food, terrible service, y'all can't even follow simple instructions, smh I sound like them white folks now. This is probably a sign to stop eating this stuff for good. Understandable.
Terrible showmanship by the Hispanic middle aged female manager. I witnessed her verbally abusing a caucasian teenage female employee who was crying the entire time. The manager had zero empathy and enjoyed the power trip. I have heard from ex employees that she ostracizes non-hispanic employee trainees, talks Spanish to all the Hispanic employees in order to isolate the non hispanic employee, not effectively train them, and then fire them. Meanwhile the Hispanic employees can make every mistake under the sun and get away with it. Go back to Guatemala if you want to behave this way.
My opinion negative 1 star they tried killing me with an allergic reaction to pickles n mayo on my burger and the staff didn't want to provide any compensation for my allergies n said they would get me a new one how petty of a business to not get the order right the first time what if I ate that not knowing I had it on my burger who's to blame McDonald's for giving me the wrong food seems like that location don't even care about the food they give their customers and they could even give me a Apple juice I paid for they didn't want to give me what I paid for why you go to McDonald's if you can't get what you're paying for
They open timely and are conveniently located to hit highway 495. Good stop over for quick food.
Not open as the time advertised on their website and on Google. Website and Google says open until 12am, pull up at 11:20 and no one was there.

Food was hot, and the restaurant was clean. I cannot believe it cost almost $10 for 1 small breakfast sandwich, a hashbrown, and small soft drink, and that was with a coupon!
