ordered a coffee ice caramel regular and got a ice coffee coconut with skim milk instead! ruined my morning and day for that matter very disappointed:(will be going to Starbucks from here on outgo Celtics!!!!
Went here on 3/17/22. Fourth in line at the drive through. 1st car hands them their card and gets it back a few seconds later with their order. Next car same thing, next car same thing. I pull up, hand the girl my card. She stood there for a second then turned and walked away with my card. Several minutes later returning with my card and my order. I left. Exactly 5 minutes after I left I got a fraud text on my phone saying someone tried to use my card at Moda Operandi, twice! This shopping site sells items costing hundreds of dollars. Thankfully my bank‘s fraud protection declined the transactions and is issuing me a new card. I called the Dunkin’ Donuts later that afternoon to talk to the manager. Instead of apologizing and offering to look into what happened, the manager said “that didn’t happen and it wouldn’t happen in here with any of my employees”. She basically completely dismissed my complaint. Now I appreciate that she trusts her employees but with an accusation like that I would think she would want to immediately take necessary steps to resolve the problem.
It's Dunks, not quite as good as it used to be years ago but still good coffee. I think they have tried to change themselves too much in the past years.
The young man who eventually was able to wait on us did the best he could, however,sadly it didn't go well. This isn't the only dunkins that has reduced its employees to one per store. To expect one person to work drive thru and the inside is unacceptable. Our order was close, but not exactly what was ordered and I felt sorry enough not to complain. He expected to have to close alone, there wasn't a manager in the store or expected back. Shame on an organization that treats its employees this way, SHAME!!!!!!
I also am a big fan of this Dunkin location, due to the friendly staff, as well as how fast and prompt they are. The best thing that I love about this Dunkin location is that it is one of the only Dunkin locations that is open 24 hours! That is a huge plus for me, especially because of my work hours, and wanting to get a coffee past 8pm. I'm almost positive the nearest 24 hour Dunkin location is atleast 15 minutes away from this location which is off of route 9 in Westboro, Massachusetts.
Great service I hope the employees are being well compensated.
My first time visiting this location was my first time getting a room temperature sandwich with cold cheese. Also the first time I've gotten a sippy-cup lid on my iced coffee instead of a straw-lid.
Exceptional friendly service. My order is always ready,and correct. Staff is very attentive,and they always have a smile

Slow Drive Thru and the person at the window was Rude as heck. Said he couldn't scan my reward member card on my phone because scanner was broken but saw him using it with the guy before me. At least the coffee was okay.
