Good place to get varities of Dunkin donuts. There's a drive in counter too. Quick service. Situated in the corner on the main road. Car parking available for in house shopping. Dining in is also there. Covid19 protocol strictly followed. Masks compulsory for going inside the shop. Credit card and digital payment accepted. Social distancing maintained in the stores.
Terrible service. Got my order completely wrong. Charged me for a large latte and gave me a terrible cup of regular coffee.

If you’re going to close the dining room to the public, shut down the mobile ordering for the day. It’s insane to mobile order and the have to sit in a line for 20 minutes to receive it. Defeats the entire purpose of mobile ordering. This has happened at this location countless times, making me late for work and other things. Granted it’s a Sunday today so its fine… but figured I would take the time to write this while I sit in a huge line after mobile ordering from home!!! I’d be happy to edit the review if you come of with something better that a small paper sign posted on the door when people arrive and it’s already too late
Used to frequent daily but service is now slow and often incorrect. Would not recommend.

The Westborough DD is a very nice place. The staff is very pleasant and it is a nice clean and comfortable place to dine in.
This Dunkin needs to buy the vacant house next door, bulldoze it, and build a bigger facility. It's downright offensive how long you have to wait to give them your money, and the drive-thru line is usually out to the street. Either upgrade or shut down and move somewhere else.
Been here 3 times, every time very slow. All the drinks I've gotten have been subpar and the workers are not very polite. The Chai latte I got this morning was practically just milk.
I've been here several times and the service is always great. Very nice building with clean bathrooms. It's always been quiet.
