It's a domino's, the cheap and dirty route for child birthdays, late night eats, and poor college students luxury meals.I always recommend biting the bullet for the handmade pan pizza compared to anything else.The pizza ready time depends on how well staffed they are and it fluctuates often. Expect an extra 30 minutes always.There isn't any consistency on toppings, some days you will get a slap on one end of the pizza, some days the toppings will be as conservative as the employees minimum wage, some days you'll get a proper amount of toppings.
There's a lady with glasses in the store and she should get fired. My order was ready and I was there to pick it up and I waited for almost 10min while she was wrapping up other orders and of course my pizza was so cold but this lady doesn't have common sense that already packed order is getting cold. I just don't wanna see her face again.
Very poor service. No paper plates. When asked for the smaller pizza boxes to be used as plates, gave four pieces of cardboard.Got the order wrong as well. The person behind at the counter is always rushed and is happy to state that's how things are.
Got food poisoning March 10, 2022. Stay away from this Domino's location. Hope that new management soon takes over and cleans it up, because otherwise Domino's pizza really isn't that bad.
employees unwilling to work....the machine lacks cappuccinos and employees do not bother to replenish materials.
I have been going to this particular location for the better part of 3 years now. I have seen the transition of different staffing and management in that time. Over the last year though, it's really been going downhill. Last night was the last time I think I will ever go there, after ordering a pizza an hour ahead of time, and still had to wait once I got there. It's sad to see this place gradually declining in both quality and service over the last 3 years, but it is what's been going on. I will probably never go to this place again after my experience last night. It's just inexcusable..
Just picked up thin crust onion mushroom pizzaToppings barely 3 tiny cut up pieces of mushroom and onions hardly any cheese.I wish I had looked at the pizza beforehand would not have accepted it spent over $13 ON a pizza that was horrible
If I could give 0 stars I really would. I ordered a medium pizza at 8:15pm and only received my food at 12:30am. I truly do understand that there might be a shortage but despite that I kept calling and kept getting told that my food was arriving soon. On my 3rd call I was told that my order wasn’t even made yet. I asked to switch from delivery to pick up and a women advised me that it would be a 7$ fee to change. That’s ridiculous especially because I had been waiting for 3 hours at that point. I will be honest the pizza is definitely delicious but the wait is brutal. My friends and I ordered a pizza tonight and I’m currently on hold for 15 minutes now. I do not blame the workers at all but the people who manage the location. This is an outrage and if you’re thinking about ordering please don’t save your time and go somewhere else if you’re hungry
I'm almost 3 hours waiting for a pizza here, every Friday this same dilemma, the people are slow to work, the pizza is ready but it gets cold and they don't deliver, lack of respect for the customer.
It blows my mind how in every review, people complain about the most ridiculous things. What has this world come to. I've ordered twice and both times were perfect
