So I don't typically complain about my food but seriously don't go to the chipotle in Westbrough. And I thought, ok maybe it's lunch time and things get busier! but not! When it was my turn to be served, there was simply no food, really! there was no food! I ordered two bowls and there was simply no more “Pico de gaio” or “Polo Assado”, and the employee said they wouldn't make more, what do you mean? the store kept coming in people… And they wouldn't let us put any other kind of food in the place. The counter is just disgusting!!! food everywhere and the staff was so rude and lazy! I could count 8 employees, none of them worried about cleaning or good service. It was my first time going to Chipotle from Westborough and I will never go back. The place was very dirty, garbage and food scraps on every table, the floor was just disgusting, trash cans were so full that the dirt was falling out of the cans. There were no napkins and the table where the cutlery was was just disgusting.
Disgusting. This location should be ashamed of their staff, the work ethic ( or lack of- zero at all)they have, the sanitation of the restaurant and all around manners. Staff was nonstop goofing off, running around and leaving 1 person running the line and register himself. One young man even proceeded to reach up his shirt multiple times at the register and scratched his armpit. Most of the staff members were extremely rude as well. There was food everywhere. There wasn't even a clean table or seat for us to sit and eat. No changing of the gloves were done at all, even when one girl took her phone out of her pants, not even her pocket, she kept the same clothes on and proccesed to make more foodI will never come to this location again. Dirty. Messy. Gross. Rude. Don't go here at all.
I ordered online after working a 12 hour shift. When I arrived home I opened my bowl to pink lettuce, two ends of lettuce, steak and white rice. I ordered chicken and brown rice. I understand that they were a little busy, but it’s disappointing to receive rotten lettuce and the incorrect order. Maybe if 3/5 staff members that were visible to the customers weren’t dancing and goofing off in the back and were helping the one worker in the front who had multiple online orders and a line, the food would be correct.
This is now the second time in two visits my order was wrong. I usually order via the app and pickup in store. The first time they gave me a buy 1 get 1 free but this time they aren't doing anything. It was the same girl making them and it appears she isn't even reading the orders. Idk how management hasn't figured out how terrible she is. I work near there and would go there 2+ times a month but no longer... inconsistent food quality and can't even get a 4 ingredient order correct...
Wife's online order(last week) was late and had issues with customer service. This morning I went around 10.55 am and the doors were closed. They had an 'online orders only' sign posted on the door. I knocked and an employee opened the door but was reluctant to let us in. She said they are late, line is not ready(or something)...go online and order there. I asked if the line is not ready how an online order would be processed? No response. She finally let me in. Overall bad experience(also, an employee was communicating in her dialect rather than asking me clarifying questions in english. I felt like she was complaining to her co-worker). Are these employees given proper training? Dont trust me...go review your camera footage. I would fire all these employees and hire a new batch.
Convenient location if you're in the Westboro area. They had a new flavor of chicken available so I used that as the meat filling for my burrito. Delicious! And as always a super filling meal.
service terrible, only one guys working on the front counter and the others just chatting and standing there, it took +20 minutes to serve 3 customers for simple orders. If it was bust and lunch time I wouldn’t complain. But the store was empty. I don’t know if it’s lack of management or they just having a bad day. The 2 stars for the food was tasty and the portion was good.
Found a piece of plastic in my burrito with my teeth and gums unfortunately. I guess stick your fingers in your food to check for random plastic. Unbelievable
Worst place for online pick up orders. Better off just going to the line. I waited over 50 min for my online order for 2 bowls on two separate occasions. I just go to the one in shrewsbury now with no issues.
I gave 3rd chance to this chipotle and this time the person who serve is rude, she put sour cream at the border of the bowl and I request her to adjust it before it fall down and her response was "that's disgusting" that means she selling disguting food?Looks like owner doesn't care anymore.I am done with this place. I'll go to other place where they treat customers and specially food with respect.
