Had a late lunch on Throwback Price special - waitstaff was attentive - food was hot and delicious - would definitely return to enjoy another meal.

Order the Bertucci's sampler and the Foccacia bread was as hard as a brick. I asked for a replacement and was told 'they are prepared that way'. They were inedible. Getting consistently good food is an issue with the Bertucci's chain.
Very good calzone. Too much food! The warm rolls were excellent. We had great service. It was clean and quiet. Will return again!
Sat down at 630PM, got water and bread at 645PM, placed our order around 650PM. At 715 we were told our food was still cooking. We ordered salads. It was not busy and people seated after us were eating their orders.
Eaten here before. Also we’re a member of their E-Club. We’d left a large high school graduation award ceremony to then dine. Trip Advisor states they’re open until 10pm. Arrived 9:03pm. People at a good number of tables. A host rushes up to us telling us they are closed, & closed at 9:00pm. Explained TripAdvisor states open till 10 PM, and could we please just get a table since it was only three minutes after. Host said, let me get a manager. Manager comes forth to tell us they would not take us. She didn’t seem to care to accommodate us despite the number of people in the dining and what we just mentioned. Most restaurants with decency would understand given the circumstances, but they failed. We will never eat there again.
I might need to contact the USDA or the local chapter of PETA regarding your chicken wings. I can't get the image out of my head. A tiny, stumbling, half-blind baby chicken. A chick, a chickling, poised to have its brief life terminated so its tiny wings can be served as a Bertucci's appetizer. I'm picking these wings up with tweezers. If you are not embarrassed about selling these minuscule micro-wings there is something seriously wrong with you. Take care and be well Your loving daughter, Meg
I hate to give a bad review but we had a reservation for 7pm and were brought in on time. We ordered within 15-20 min. We received our drinks in a timely manner. It was busy however, we did not receive our meals for over an hour! The waitress was nice but a manager never came over to apologize or give us any explanation. It cleared out within 30 min of us being there but still no food. And to top it off, half of the meals were barely warm and a few you could tell just came out of the oven. We did not make a scene as it was a dinner for my mom and we didn’t want her to feel bad.
We were seated right away with our reservation. Order was placed within 15-20 min. We waited well over an hour for our food with no apology or explanation. The manager never came out to check on customers or offer an apology, etc. I realize everyone is short staffed but a simple apology/explanation goes a long way. Then a few meals were only warm, not hot.
There were 6 of us. Service was friendly and professional. Food was good. We were all happy!
