As you walk in you are greated it by a 9 by 6 tablet to place your order. We took out time browsing the different options Burgers, burgers, chicken burgers, limeades, fries, fries with cheese and bacon, and more burgers then decided on the burgers that we wanted. Opted to dine in and entered my mobile number to texted when order is done. Paid and went to get seated. Our first pick for table was dirty so we went for the second one which wasn't totally clean but we had to sit somewhere to wait. We waited few minutes and got a notification when the food was done. The food was delicious and the fries were awesome. I had ordered extra avocado on mine and it was very good amount. My only complaint is the cleaning of place in between customer visits but other than that. It is a great place for a burger and fries.
Shake shack burger has never disappointed me in terms of taste. I always want more.Come here for a snack when the line too long at kura revolving sushi lol.

Soiled lettuce on both sandwiches and paper thin chicken. How does this happen? I’ve never had such a horrible experience here. First and last time at this location.
I really loved their crispy crinkle cut fries and the 'Shroom Burger. The burger was good. I just wish the crisp-fried portobello mushroom would melt in my mouth and little bit more hot. I also had the chocolate shake. It was delicious. I would recommend this place and would go back again. Service was quick and the place was clean.

I've been to many shake shack's and they are different. This one is very disorganized when it comes to employees, always someone training on the register... Food feels a bit blend and at times cold. I would recommend it if you want a quick burger but I wouldn't go out of my way to go get one from this place.. location is good. Somewhat clean I didn't see anyone cleaning the tables when I was there the last couple of times.
Shake Shack is a guilty pleasure of mine when I visit Arsenal Yards.Their soft little potato buns wrapped around the perfect cuts of lettuce, tomato, and cheese-covered smashed hamburgers - then placed in a nice paper pouch, is just a simple and wonderful American burger.Add in crinkle-cut fries, always fried to a crisp - and chicken nuggets made with real chunks of chicken - and you have a winning meal!You can also play foosball here! Though, I wouldn't recommend it during a pandemic.The only knock against this place is sometimes the questionable employee behavior. From not cleaning down tables, to watching a manager on shift hang out with her boyfriend instead of working...
This Shake Shack is awesome! Great staff, burgers and fries are perfectly cooked. I had the classic black and white shake. Loved it!
Frozen krinkle cut fries weren't even browned, cheese wiz or equivalent, pretty good bacon. Triple filtered water was a hit. Try someplace else- Oh! They DO have beer and wines if you have a pile of kids! I heard the burgers were good.
