Rania was the most helpful and friendly helper I’ve ever encountered at any Panera.I’ve had bad experiences at other Panera’s and this is by far my favorite Panera.I’ll be back often
I placed a pick up order at 430pm to be picked up at 630pmI had to wait untill 715pm to get order. The whole order was wrong. The manager said what do you want me to say I had to come in on my day off.They even had to have me give them my phone to review order. The whole experience was horrible .. do not go there.4/4/22
That best Panera where I had been in the past 7 years. Everyone is really friendly and the coffee is really great. I would like to come to here again.
I got uber eats from this location and they literally for got majority of the order. Theres a sticker on the bag saying its a multi item order and yes they forgot my pizza, bread, and chips. Then for the Sesame chicken salad it was just lettuce and chicken.
Very good experience every time I go. Delicious food. Staff are hard working and kind. I had the best heart cookie...a real treat. I enjoy the Flatbreads, and my son likes the grilled cheese. I like the atmosphere, it's a nice spot to get away from the world for awhile.
Great atmosphere and location. The cashier was a bit distracted, food was great though.
They had soup! Another location didn't have soup, so we were so glad this location did. Food was delicious but preparation was slow. Maybe not enough staff
The food is fine, but the wait times can be quite long. I've had to wait up to half an hour for a standard sandwich order, even when the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. I've also had to wait ~10 minutes for coffee a few times while all of the carafes were being refilled (after I alerted the staff that they were all empty).
I have gone to this Panera on numerous occasions because of their proximity to my house, so rest assured they’ve had ample opportunity to change my opinion. My order usually arrives wrong—including more than one instance when they made my sandwich using incorrect/missing ingredients from what is listed on the menu. Today, I waited a full hour and a half for a cup of soup and a bowl of Mac and cheese to be ready for pickup—not delivered, just ready to be picked up.If you’re in the mood for Panera, go somewhere else. This place is a disaster. Giving 2 stars for the handful of times when they didn’t screw it up.
Can't give disabled people the help and respect they deserve.
