Food was great and arrived hot, but there were actual shards of glass in the tonkatsu ramen. Yes, multiple. Called the restaurant that evening and left a voicemail asking for a call back and didn't get one. Called again and the employee on the phone promised to have her manager call, but again no call. You'd think glass in the soup would be enough motivation to call a customer, but apparently not.

We ordered delivery. The food was delicious, but as we were nearly finished our ramen, I found glass in it! We called the restaurant twice to follow up, but received no reply.

have ordered a variety of dishes for takeout… always delish! very cognizant of gluten free needs too!

Usually order the sushi 3roll combo for lunch. Good deal and prompt service.

We really enjoyed our last visit to Ginger Exchange. It was a beautiful, sunny, late spring afternoon. We went1 when their dinner service had just started and I ordered the Far East Roll.Stunning presentation & the sushi roll tasted amazing. The ? and pan Asian offerings here consistently please.I'm pretty fond of their coconut, yellow curry based ramen with freshly stir fried vegetables.Their sweet and spicy ginger noodles are quite good as well as long as they don't have too heavy a hand with the chopped, raw garlic. A little goes a long way.

Love this place! I order take out often- always ready when promised, packaged nice, delicious food, pleasant staff. Definitely 5 star.

This is not a review for the quality of their food- their food is wonderful. The service for takeout however is disgraceful. I placed a takeout order and showed up to pick it up. They had not started the order when I arrived. Annoying but okay. I said I would wait. 30 minutes passed...nothing. Another 10 minutes and they bring someone else’s order to me. Repeat this 4 times. Not apologetic at all. In the meantime an older lady came in and wanted to place a takeout order- no one would help her. They told her to order online but she didn’t know how.I understand the service industry took a hit over the last 2 years but that excuse is old now. If I’m paying $18 for chicken teriyaki- simply have it ready. Not that hard. If you’re short staffed close to online orders. Will not order here again.

Don’t bother. It’s advertised on Grubhub as a Korean BBQ restaurant but it’s 90% poorly executed Japanese sushi. Rolls are loose, there’s no texture in the sushi whatsoever. Spicy salmon just has a seasoned mayo, no crunch and came with cucumber which is weird, the shrimp tempura did NOT come with cucumber which makes the roll bland as it ends up just being fried shrimp inside seaweed and rice with no brightness. Summer rolls were ok, but the peanut sauce was a joke. It’s completely gummed up and thick, I’ve seen white people make a better peanut sauce. We decided to not even try the Korean fried wings because they were charging $2.10 PER WING.Skip it if you want sushi, prepare to be confused if you’re trying to order Korean bbq.

Dine in or take out, this place is always amazing. Staff are incredibly attentive and friendly, and the food is incredibly delicious. Will continue to patronize regularly!

The dine in experience is wonderful. The waitress was very accommodating and experienced. The food is very authentic. Highly recommend.
