Much different experience from previous visit, I was helped with putting my coffee in a carry tray as I am disabled and use a mobility device (rollator) to give me balance, female employee was extremely helpful, totally above and beyond with customer service

Cashier Emma ! Having a long conversation with a costumer. I paid for my coffe ! and I never get it .They own me a coffee . I was on my way to work.
Its Dunkin.. doesnt matter what you get its gross
in all my years of dining at the franchise known as dunkin’ donuts i have never had such a great experience. the cashiers knew exactly what i meant when i ordered the most delicious strawberry coconut refresher & bacon, egg and cheese croissant. my friend’s sourdough breakfast sandwich was immaculate. i have never had such a mouth-watering, toe-curling, foaming at the mouth experience. i ate that food up as fast as possible. i was scarfing it down with the most sanitized table. thank you for this experience. it was a memorable time. i have never once experienced this and i will forever be grateful.
Friendly folks. I enjoy buying my coffee there.. The only drawback is those deadly cinnamon coffee rolls that somehow know my name because they call to me from the rack.Still. they are my favs!

I order using the App.No personal discussion,contact,etc.With that said " the consistancy of making wake up wraps is virtually never the same.Do I need to teach you this or will you franchisees go to school and teach your employees.The parking at this location is terrible.I have been ticketed, had my car hit,etc.We need a drive through DD in East Watertown desperately.The parking in this area is very unfriendly to customers and Dunkin is also unfriendly to it's customers.Products are expensive and difficult to get.We can and must do better!!
