order came fast but they were very non-attentive in person, took forever to ask them a question that they didn’t even answer clearly, and only 2 other people in the store at the time
I have a great experience 70% of the time here. Usually fine but sometimes my bagel is burnt or my order isn't right. I will say they have never messed up the coffee order.
This dunks has some of tbe friendliest people working!! They are ways good and get my order right. Just wish my hot Chai Latte had been hot today and not just warm.
