Their operations is 100% untrustworthy. The delivery person showed up without a pizza. The driver told me a second driver would come with the pizza. I called 20minutes later to confirm it was coming. The mgr said it was not planned but he would start the order ASAP for arrival in 30 minutes AND that it would be on the house. Thirty minutes later - I called again. It was never even started. The result: Very hungry kids.
Here again, I have been ordering from this place for 6 years now, yesterday between 2pm and 2:30pm the delivery guy was very rude, and then someone from the store called me and was even more rude. I was very surprised as practically almost all the deliveries know me as I always tip 20 to 25% and treat them with a lot of respect. Sad.Customer service quality is decreasing... 05/19/17 - 11:35pm.

Ordered a pizza with no garlic crust, asked them if they could remake it and they seemed to have a attitude with me about it. You messed up my order, I tipped $5 and have always been respectful during these difficult corvid times, its so frustrating, so I will be taking my business to another nearby dominos!
Tried to call for carry-out special which I have been ordering for years all over! Kept getting hung,up. No answer! Went to pick up and rep at store would not honor coupon online! I'm not paying $17 for a med pizza! And why would Domino's put there Nose in other restaurants buying gift cards if they cant hire reliable workforce for there own stores! I'm going to buy from mom and pop! Fuxk your coporate monger!!$$

Waited 50 minutes for my order that’s supposed to arrive within 30 minutes. Receive a call saying they are “too busy to fulfill my order I’ll be refunded.” Worst dominoes ever. Why didn’t they cancel when it was received?
It always been like this every time . we place an order for wings they don’t even cook properly really bad service Hate this domino’s I would never order it again here also will complain to health department ????
