The level of the music is way, way, wayyyyy too loud. The place was noisy and packed and the music was way too loud. The chicken tinga tacos never disappoint but I couldn't wait to get out of there because of the music being ridiculously loud.
It was fine but the service was subpar
Had a very large party (n=20+) for drinks and dinner. the space was large and well-aerated and the staff was attentive and very accomodating -even when more people showed than planned. can't go wrong with the drink selection and the food was pretty damn good as well. it is now our go to place after work in watertown when we need to laugh and enjoy some drinks and food after a very crappy day!
We ate outside, pleasant enough except that it took an hour for the food to be served. On a Monday evening which was not exactly bustling. The biggest insult, however, was the surprise addition to the bill of a 3% surcharge, apparently due to inflation. There was no mention of that by our server or the hostess, or on the menu. We probably wonât be back.

We went to CityWorks to celebrate my son's 14th birthday. The food and service were all excellent. However, we had to leave before getting any dessert as the accessible bathroom was closed, and since I use a wheelchair I could not use any of the available restrooms. A very disappointing end to our evening.
Beer tap on my choice wasnât working, took 15-20 minutes to get a beer after we sat down. Food was good, ordered dessert to go only to find out it canât be made to go 10 minutes after ordering it. 3% surcharge due to inflation was added to the bill, are you kidding me???
Food was fine. Nothing remarkable. Good beer selection
