All the employees act like they don't want to be at work, I'm sick of these employees. Management needs to clean house and start over, and if management is the same way then corporate needs to come and find new employees. I came to this place on three different occasions and found that they decided to close 2 hours early. This would be understandable if they were understaffed or had to many orders, but they were not I could see at least 8 employees and when I tried to enter they all looked at me like I just ruined their day. 0/100 for customer service and do not recommend anyone go here until they get new staff!

Just went today and ran back out when I saw half of the cooking staff wearing their masks on their chins or under their noses. What a shame. We love their food but we are still not on the clear completely with this pandemic. Even my 10 year old commented on how she did not feel safe eating there when she saw the cook was pretty much breathing over the chicken as she stirred it and the server had no mask on.

Will never eat at Chipotle after this experience. If i could give it 0 stars I would. The staff was extremely rude, they don’t have half the menu items, didn’t even have chips! No ice in the soda machine- why would I pay for a soda cup if its going to come out flat and warm. There was trash on the floor and on the tables. Food itself was poor quality. Employee put so much sour cream on our bowls it seemed like we were eating soup.

Wonderful service! The gentleman at the counter who made my to-go order put the cup in the bag so it wouldn't get dirty, which during covid is such a thoughtful thing! I really appreciate it! They work hard here and it can get so busy, these reviews don't account for that. Keep doing a great job!

Wish I read the reviews before placing my mobile order here, but who typically reads reviews of a fast food chain beforehand… Of course the place was closed when I arrived for my pickup. How is a business allowed to operate like this for months (see other reviews)? This is beyond ridiculous, this place should just be permanently closed until it comes under new management/ownership.

Easily the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. To start, scheduling an online order here has NEVER actually resulted in my order being ready on time, despite 5-6 attempts. Perhaps worse, though, is the ridiculous inconsistency with their open and closing hours. As I write this review, it’s 12:40 PM on a Saturday, I’m parked outside of the location, and it’s inexplicably closed. No notice online, no notice on the door, nothing. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me; it’s a constant with this location. It’s a complete waste of time.I totally sympathize with the location if there are staffing issues, but please make an effort to at LEAST properly notify customers if the location is going to be closed or closing early via a Google hours update, a Chipotle app update, or anything else. I have wasted way too much time driving through traffic to just be met with locked doors. I’d argue that the half dozen or so people I’ve seen try to open the door while writing this review would agree with me.

Needs new management.As others have said, they are incompetent when it comes to online orders. Often mix them up, make them too early or far too late. Recently it seems they just refuse to take any through the Chipotle app, I suspect they've intentionally closed their location off from receiving mobile orders on the app. All around terrible experience which is a shame. Its a good chain with good food, wasted thanks to the efforts of whoever or whatever is at work in this location.

Rude employees, disgusting environment, takes forever, they make up their own hours, everyone in this location needs to be fired. Board of health needs to fine this location asap!

Overcharged me and yelled at me. Food tastes the same. Expect some BS customer service. Also they got thick accents, and there are long lines and wait times during rush hours and pick-up. I don't recommend doing pick-ups because I've seen people wait for almost an hour.
