This is the worst-run Chipotle I've seen, and I place the blame wholly on the management for being too cheap to hire and train sufficient staff. This restaurant closes during its listed business hours without warning - sometimes they close for entire days. The staff are clearly doing their best but have not been trained in Chipotle SOP. I've seen Chipotles nationwide and know the consistent pattern for how they're supposed to function; none of it is followed here. Every time I've visited, orders were assembled inefficiently and out of sequence, resulting in sloppy food, cross-contamination of ingredients, and slowness. Re contamination, staff reach across the assembly line to scoop salsas/sour cream/guac/etc to earlier orders, resulting in these foods dripping into each others' dishes. Vegetarians and anyone with food allergies should avoid this Chipotle entirely - you cannot trust their ingredients to stay separate at all.

Impossible to get in touch with store manager or corporate
The employees are not professional, very rude, take their sweet time and don’t care about the guest that come into this environment. Place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in days, they opened up an hour late than scheduled.
Delivery was not complete. Managers are extremely rude and hung up on me. Not able to fix issue because door dash delivers.
I have done in person and online orders with this location at least 15 times. Every time there have been issues. When ordering online, the order is ALWAYS missing something or a dish is made incorrectly. In person, the service is slow and they always under charge me and don't give me all items because they forget about a bowl, quesadilla or drink that I ordered/asked for.Also, the food is not fresh.The attention to detail and quality control needs to be substantially better for me to ever visit/order from this location ever again.

They are constantly busy and slow as hell. I made an online order and when i opened it the order was totally different. Don’t waste your time coming here.
