I try to get more than once in a place before I review but I really enjoyed my dinner that I needed to give it its praise.We do not eat sushi so we were very please of the large menu they have that carry a lot of different options. I had the beef teriyaki and my husband had the chicken. The entrees each came with a side salad and miso soup that was served prior to the entree. The food is fresh, in house made.My husband orders a “watermelon smoothie” but the picture we knew this was not going to be a milk smoothie and more like an iced slush which it was. It was sweet and tasted very fresh, not artificial.The server was very attentive and kind. On our way out we were thanked by the entire staff.
Wish I could give them a 0 star rate terrible customer service they didn’t listen to anything I asked for but in the end still made me pay and didn’t give me my money back. Honestly save your time and money and just go somewhere else
Ewww. I ordered chicken teriyaki to go. It looks disgusting. There is no teriyaki sauce on it. My boyfriend tried the chicken and spit it out. I will not be eating here again. P.S. My son who had ramen is sick as a dog today.

Best Japanese Restaurant in town. It's clean, staff is friendly, and food AMAZING! If you have yet to try this place...do so, as it will be worth it for sure.

I celebrated my nomination this evening in this fine place. happy to tell that we passed a marvelous evening and the venue was surely one of the reasons for this outstanding gathering. The stuff collaborated in a lovely style, the cuisine was delicious and my friends were very overjoyed. We shall definitely come back again for more celebrations. Thank you very much.
Sakura is the only place for sushi if you're anywhere near Waltham, MA. It's worth driving 1/2 hour to experience sushi prepared in the traditional style using only the highest quality ingredients and presented like artwork. They absolutely deserve more than 5 stars! The greeting for stay in or take out is genuinely warm. The proprietors smile alone is worth the visit! She could light up a city block!
Ordered takeout sashimi plate and the tuna and white fish was not edible. When called to let them know was told that it was a better cut of fish and we were not used to it. It was marbled and unable to chew. Right into the trash. Usually the food is good so was really surprised especially since they denied the poor quality.
