The chicken kabob salad taste awful, because the chicken taste like it was cooked on a dirty grill.Also, where is the chicken on the kabob salad? Please don't place the salad dressing containers inside the salad, they should go on the outside of the salad in a bag and not touch the actual food. I gave this place a chance a few times before I decided to write a review.I worked in a pizza shop and I know the taste of food from a clean cook top and one that needs to be cleaned more often in between cooking and deep cleaned at night before closing the pizza shop. The pizza taste decent it just absorbs the nasty aroma of the place. Maybe try an air purifier to help clear the air a bit and always deep clean before going home at night. Just because a place looks tidy doesn't mean that it's actually clean and you can taste the difference in the food. Well, I can because I keep a clean kitchen at home.
This place use to be great but now, it's horrible pizza is way to doughy, and the staff doesn't seem to understand basic problem solving, my 80 year old grandmother order three large cheese pizza only got two, but we paid for three I called back and they said they would give me a free pizza next time, I tried to explain to them it wouldn't be free but they didn't seem to understand. This place is very unorganized..
Monday april 18 7:25pm whoever is answering your phones with the accent needs a new job.I called it rang a few times then i hear holding music … confused i call again… straight to the holding music … i know how a landline works and i assumed they didnt have call waiting and had another call… called a few minutes later and the girl answers like i was prank calling … not sure if shes stressed or simply does not like that pizza shop but that was weird.Who answers a business like its their cell phone … this was strange just trying to order a pizza wont spend my money somwhere where they dont want it.
Our experience with Pini’s was absolutely atrocious and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! We spent almost 200.00 on pizza for a birthday party and they just never made it. Spend your money somewhere else! Absolutely terrible. Manager has the audacity to call me and yell at me without an apology. Do not go here!

Update: I'm not having staff issues as I've seen here but I also don't order after around 8PM. I've never had an old or cold here. I like thin crust pizza. I like Stella's in Watertown but I get Excited about the white pizza here! Try the Pizza Bianca (white pizza means no tomato sauce but lots of cheese on a beuchemel base) it has breaded eggplant, garlic and broccoli.Or try the Zsa-zsa white pizza with cheeses (many!) Garlic and fresh tomato. If you want Whole Wheat dough it's only an extra 50cents or a buck depending on size.Let's get something straight. You request the thin and crispy. The largest pizza at 16" may be listed that way on some sites but the choice is up to you. Any whining about the crust likely means the buyer didn't go often or was unaware.I, on the other hand, am on year 12 of enjoying their offerings. Lots of Parking. Across from Shaw's and Ocean State. Next to D&L liquors.Love this place and the people, xo
The service has gone so downhill it's almost subterranean. The cashier, wearing no mask, during a global pandemic, coughed into her bare hand, TWICE. And asked me what I wanted. I froze, waiting for her to use hand sanitizer, At any point. And she looked at me as to say, "did I stutter???" So I walked out.Sad, the pizza used to be the best I've ever had in town. Definitely not worth risking my life over.
