Rapid pick-up order accuracy is very bad. Ordered two salads, they came with no dressing. One had missing ingredients (no wonton strips and no sesame in Asian sesame chicken salad). An earlier order of a Fuji Apple chicken salad had no Fuji apples. Stay away. Or, at least open the bag and check that it has what you ordered.

The inability to follow the simple instructions on the online order like "Add Avocado", "No Chicken". Time after time they screw up the order. Worst Panera store I have been to.
Delicious salads and bread. Apples are too small. Decent tea selection. Join the loyalty program for free pastry and discounts. Waltham location has rodent issues.

I went in today after not having gone in a while and was very disappointed... they gave my sandwich to someone else and could not find my order, finally the manager said we'll make you another sandwich. That was great but I had to wait another 10 minutes until the two lady's finished yapping in between make my breakfast sandwich. They got offended when I said I don't have all day. Now I know why the place was empty... also the coffee was cold which I guess is expected as no one is buying it and its just sitting there and getting cold. Great place if you have time to waste.
