I have visited Lizzy’s numerous times, I love the convenience and their quality is good. Usually I would buy packed ones and enjoy at home, this time as well.Most of the stuff is very polite and helpful most of the time, today I don’t know why one of the staff is being very irresponsive and giving attitude in a very passive aggressive way, bit surprised. Maybe that staff has had a bad day? anyway, frustrating experience

Good icecream but not the best I have had. I liked their banana ice cream better than their famous Charles river crunch ( does not taste truly dark chocolate) . You can order two flavors in their small sized scoop for a few cents extra.
Super delicious ice cream with allergen labels readily available. Dairy free and sorbet options too! The line is typically long and it doesn’t always move fast, but the ice cream is worth it. A real gem in Waltham!

Great ice cream! And the staff was super friendly too! You walked in and the place smelled like buttery heaven from the cakes they were baking! My family is from Alabama I’m and it was the first time I have walked into a business since being in Boston and felt a little closer to “home”. Plus the cow decor was absolutely adorable!

We always make time for a couple visits to Lizzy's while we are in town. A bit pricey for a single scoop (nearly $6), nevertheless the serving size is quite large and the Dutch Treat sugar cones are delicious. A good assortment of flavors, too.
Great ice cream shop. Went for a classic Chocolate Frappe. Great flavor nice smooth consistency that was just the right thickness for my taste. Will definitely stop back the next time I'm in the neighborhood.
