Even though I was a little aggravated about the Mint Hot CHOC machine being out of order, hey at least I have a new favorite, White Mocha, & the female clerk was very friendly too, respectively. Beth

Waited 20 minutes for curbside service and no one ever came. Went inside and my order was sitting on the counter and they weren’t even busy. This is the third time I’ve waited over 15 minutes for an order. Very disorganized location.Update: Gave them one more try today and did a pick up order. Latte came out undrinkably sweet. It tastes like they put 12 extra pumps of swirl in this drink. Waste of money. Never again.
Couldn't get my order right to save their life. Ordered in the app & also told them specifically what my order was when it wasn't ready upon arrival.They still got it wrong.Why are you asking me what donuts I want if you're not going to give them to me?!Why ask me if I want my bagel toasted if you're not going to toast it for me?!
