Can someone please contact me? I had a horrible experience on Sunday and have been trying to contact someone every since. The cheese on my pizza slid halfway off and 3 items I ordered were missing. I've tried the app (offered me a free pizza or 20% off the next order but there was no recourse for the missing items), the store (I was told to call back when the GM is there at night but I am at work at night), the email submission (which doesn't work), and a 1-800 number I found online (which doesn't work). I don't want to put my personal information on here, so I'm not sure what to do - if possible please respond via this channel and I will give you my contact info. So many stars if you like waiting and wondering if and when your questionable pizza will arrive. Add more stars if you like spinning the roulette wheel of hot or cold, correct or incorrect, eating something else now or waiting even more for your order to arrive in some mysterious condition. Add a galaxy of stars if you enjoy having no way to contact them to cancel and like to be trapped in the most foolhardy endeavor of your life regarding something as simple as a pizza. Terrible, terrible. Fire everyone, tear it down and build some affordable housing.
The order was stuck in the prep stage for two hours. Only after I escalated with Dominos customer service did it move forward. By then I had already eaten and didn’t want it anymore. What’s worse is they tried to blame being short handed on delivery as to why it took so long. I’m not stupid. I won’t be ordering domino’s again while I’m living here.They should really just close down this branch.

Ordered late night around 11:00 pm and the pizza was perfect. Exactly what I was in the mood for!
Ordered over an hour ago. They billed my credit card & don’t even answer the phone. Not acceptable customer service.
We ordered pizzas on the mobile app and asked for some plates when we went to pickup. The manager was extremely rude . Not only did he not give us napkins but also told us that we should make all such requests (for plates and napkins) while ordering online which is ridiculous as there was no option to add that. This is the most discourteous staff I’ve seen ever and they have no business to be in a service industry. A place that can be highly avoided
For some reason they can’t handle anything, order-wise. I have had to drive there on two different instances to cancel my order two hours after it was placed. This place needs to be shut down, the management is insanely inept at running a restaurant.
Super fast preparation and staff was extremely friendly when I went to pick up. No issues and no wait. Highly recommend this location!
Ordered an hour before they closed. They didn’t finish my order and was not offered a refund. This establishment has awful management and represents the downfall of dominos. Unsatisfied.
