The only problem with Dom's is making up your mind - which isn't much of a problem as you cannot go wrong. The empanadas are authentic and such a treat. Buffalo mozz and prosciutto is a dream - the pizza - what can I say? Run do not walk. If there's a wait - it's worth it. Everyone that works there is beyond friendly. Been going for years and consistently delish. Their take out for a crowd is a home run as well.
Great local sandwiches. Lots of good options, and the chicken parm is all-time great.
This place is authentic Italian, as in the people who run it are FROM Italy. I had the Fiorentina panini and it was amazing. Everything is fresh. Bravo!
Their Melanzane Panino is fantastic. Perfectly prepared eggplant ? with smoked mozzarella and basil on a small Ciabatta roll. It's the best little sandwich I've ever had. And it's been great for at least 20 years.
We love Domenic’s. What else can I say? I recall the original family members, aunts and uncles cooking in the back, and appreciate the committed staff of today still turning out wonderful food, harkening back to my childhood. Viva gli zii e le zie della nostra giovinezza. Che siano imparentati o meno.
Bought an eggplant parm sub takeout. When I got home and opened it I could not believe how little eggplant was in the sub! No joke! I almost went back I was so surprised and disappointed. I've been to Domenic's many times and was taken aback by the lack of eggplant. Not sure why but it was the least amount I've ever seen in any sub I've ever purchased anywhere! I ended up eating it and it tasted good which made it all the more disappointing. If, and this is a big if, I ever go back,I will watch the person make the sandwich which I didn't do this time. Very disappointed customer!
Anyone who gives less than five stars clearly hasn't tried the eggplant parm panini. I can't order them anywhere else, because I know for a fact they'll be disappointing in comparison. The truffle chips are fantastic as well. I'm sad to have moved across the country - I miss Dom's!
Normally I would give Domenic's 5 stars as their food is excellent. Today, however, they get one star. Ordered a group lunch that was delivered over 90 minutes late. Apparently they were short-staffed and unprepared for the volume of orders in their queue. The delivery driver waited the entire time when they probably could have been out delivering other orders. Totally unacceptable on the part of Domenic's.
Place is decent. Good selection of sandwiches and salads but flavor wise, it's typical. For a cold sub, Al's in Boston is better.
I ordered one of their sandwiches. It was delicious and had packed well. Will go back.
