good food wished our waitress was on top of things better. Had to walk up to the bar and get my own drink. sat there for 5 minutes while I had nothing to drink. Food was awesome though

I was visiting the area during a business trip and stayed in the Best Western that is attached. It's a large well kept space with a good sized bar that the locals visit. I went for dinner and had a sub par customer service related visit. The food was delicious though... I reached out to management after my visit and shared my experiences with them. They are extremely caring about their level of service and quality of food. They asked that I revisit before departing the area and returning home. I went back for a late lunch the following day and was extremely satisfied... my only disappointment is that I live too far away to enjoy on a regular basis... looking forward to stopping in again when I'm back in the area...
We worked with David Flanagan to plan our daughter’s college graduation party and it was such a great experience! He was so helpful and accommodating, the setup was perfect and he made great suggestions! The servers were wonderful and attentive! They made her party such a special experience!! I would recommend them for any event!!
Staff was friendly and courteous. Very attentive with food or drink. Prices were above average for us but we are not exactly city people. Food was well portioned and very tasty.
Not sure why it came with 12 catsup packets perhaps they were supposed to be the sauce? There was a small bit of ground meat no evidence of red wine The Cesar was totally lackluster crudely chopped hastily prepared croutons had no flavor just dried bread chunks And ohh the garlic bread two slices of dry bread with garlic salt- no butter How they get away with this is unknown perhaps as it was a delivery order they knew it would not come back to bite them Dinners beware
Food was good. Service was not. I was recommended here by my boss as the food was good and I'm not from the area. Sat at the bar as I was alone, and they took my order quickly. Wasn't all that busy but it was still early evening. I had waited for my food for about 20 minutes (didn't really notice the time) and one of the servers came around and asked if I'd ordered. I said I had, and she said the printer jammed and my order never went through. I reordered and my food took another 10 minutes.Food was good. Had the lamb souvlaki burger. Very juicy. Spiced but not spicy. Comes with Greek yogurt, not listed on the menu.Then I decided to order dessert to go. I waited and waited. Someone came around and asked if I'd ordered 3 desserts to go. I said I had not. And then he disappeared. Finally I got my one dessert to go, but my check had the 3 desserts on it.It was fixed with no issue, and my card run quickly. Ultimately it took nearly an hour and a half from the time I walked in to when I left, as a single.I don't live locally, but I probably wouldn't return if I did. I couldn't imagine how a larger party would fare.
The Copper House Tavern was the perfect place for my corporate event. Looking for a casual get together with colleagues or trying to impress executives? Copper House Tavern can accommodate both occasions. The food tasted terrific, especially the pizzas, and the presentation of the food was so impressive. The drinks were top notch and so was the service. I worked very closely with David at the Copper House Tavern to organize my event and I have nothing but great things to say about him. Mid way through appetizers we wanted a more private setting and David’s response was, “ we’ll make it happen”, and he did! He set us up in our own private room very quickly and the transition was seamless. Thank you David and the Copper House Tavern staff!

Waiter was friendly, food was decent l, my chocolate mousse was very dry, it just boggles my mind on a chocolate mousse being dry. I won't be driving out of my way to come back. Maybe if I am in the area maybe. Come for the food go elsewhere for dessert....
