So horribly inconsistent when ordering pickup. Have gotten other people’s orders, extra chicken = half a portion, added ingredients I didn’t ask for, etc. Do not online order here.
Best chipotle I’ve had an a while. Chips were fresh and actually warm and my bowl was a solid portion with heaping portions of chicken, cheese, and the associate even went back to add more corn salsa once I said I was done with toppings- he really made an effort to fill the bowl. Stopped here for a change in location and wasn’t disappointed
Friendly, clean, and fast. Plenty of free parking. One of the better Chipotles.
They were firing in all cylinders the last time I visited. Service was good and the chicken was nicely cooked.
I used to love Chipotle but it's really gone down hill. Their order app is very good because you can tell him how much you want of each item, but the people in the restaurant don't seem to pay any attention to that at all. The quantities have changed and the attention to detail has really changed.
I don't know if worth make online order, since I've ordered online for take out and i drove 5 min to there and still have to wait more than 15 min while i was watching the whole line of about 10 people getting finished with their order, i mean.. what's purpose of ordering online if don't get it on time, and still have to see some people coming after you and getting it faster than you .. and having your orde taking too long to be done?

We love chipotle, but unless you physically go there and watch them make it, don’t order from them. In the last 5 online orders something was always wrong. And if the restaurant got it right, the delivery was wrong. Got someone else’s oder once and uber driver claimed it was the restaurant’s fault. Maybe but… I have ordered online for p/u and when i check before leaving, wrong. Then i need to wait for a re-do and this is NOT exclusive to one store. Tonight Lexington and three missing items. ☹️?
While I generally like Chipotle, this location is not good. They mess up orders, you’ll have missing and incorrect items and the quality isn’t good. And customer support won’t make it right either. You’ll be lucky to get a free chips and salsa.
Ordered Uber eats from this location. Ordered a VEGETARIAN bowl, with chips, salsa on the side and a drink. The entire order I received was incorrect. The things I wanted on my bowl was completely wrong. I received what I am assuming is chicken on my bowl which is a big mistake in my opinion. There wasn’t any side salsa and my drink was not there. I know it wasn’t my Uber contacts fault as the bag was taped shut. So beyond frustrated that I spent all the money to get a comply wrong order.
