Food is pretty much the same at any other Chipotle; if you walk in at the right time, you'll get fresh, piping hot meat and new guacamole. Reason for 2 stars is if you're unlucky, you'll get the staff (one individual in particular) that meticulously ration how much toppings they'll put on like we're in the midst of a food crisis. Only Chipotle I've been to where they'll scoop up less than 1/3 scoop of salsa, put half on your food and the other half back. The dude will take a small pinch of cheese and put like 7 shavings of cheese and the rest goes back in the container.
It’s 7:30 pm on a Thursday. Approx 24 people in line. 8 employees working. And one, yes one, employee servicing the people in line. Food is great. Too bad we waited in line for over 15 minutes to order our food.
My original came out today perfectly and exactly how I wanted my burrito bowl! Good job!
They mis-charge for guacamole on multiple orgers! Then they put the receipt on the bottom of the bag. After I return back to the dwelling place, I find the receipt with mis-charge on each order!! I call the place, they don't take calls. I am far from the store to drive (time and gas). They take advantage!! Check your receipt, regardless of circumstances.
Put in my order at noon for 5PM because I needed to be quick and planned ahead. Not ready at 10 after even with 5 hours lead time.
My friend and I ordered 2 bowls. The portions were perfect! Tasted delicious. Also the employees were friendly, organized, impressively quick and had great team work. I don’t even write reviews for places but I liked this place:)
Really good food and excellent service
This chipotle gets very busy during lunch time so you gotta have some patience during that time. All the employees work very hard and give good service.
