Ok food, Ok Service, but more locations to get to then McDonalds.

I was in line to pick up a child’s meal deal and I got a block down, I looked to see if there was ketchup. I had to return to retrieve ketchup. I got to the hotel room and there were no napkins!

Employee who was taking drive thru orders today at 12:30 should be fired, she was so rude to the poor lady who was ordering. Disgusted fix your attitude or don’t work………The lady who was handling the payments should be talked to as well……

I've lowered my rating for this BK, they're food is good and staff respectable but yesterday i stopped on my way home from work, and I live over an hr away. So when I got home I realized that he had given me bk the wring change it was supposed to be $11.09, I had only $2.09. I have no receipt, so no proof either. plus I don't want to drive all the bk for a $10. I'm so annoyed about this!

Super hot fresh burgers, fast service and value menu available unlike in most wealthy locations that do away with the value menus!

I HAVE BEEN TO MANY BURGER KING'S AND THIS ONE IN BURLINGTON WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND. I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH A COUPON ON MY APP THE ASST MANAGER CAME OVER ALTHOUGH WE COULDN'T FIGURE OUT THE APP ISSUE SHE TOOK MY ORDER AND COMPENSATED ME SO 2 WHOPPER JR, 2 FRIES, 2 DRINKS AND 2 ONION RINGS AND THE TOTAL CAME TO $5.31. I WAS CERTAIN THAT WAS A MISTAKE BUT THAT'S HOW SHE COMPENSATED MY ORDER. THAT'S WHAT I CALL GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND, AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY'RE REALLY NOT MISSING ANYTHING, I LEFT THE STORE WITH A SMILE ANDWAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED

Terrible experience today.The lady was on her phone on a personal call, took her a while to realize I was there waiting to order.She wasn't friendly at all and sounded annoyed when I asked questions about the order I was about to place.The bacon was cold in my burger too ?There used to be very kind costumer service oriented guy working there on week days nights and he was the best. Too bad everything seemed to be going down today.

This location constantly gets my orders wrong. More often than not, one or more of the items in my order is prepared incorrectly or I receive the wrong item entirely. For example, today I ordered a rodeo burger with no sauce and an 8-piece of ghost pepper nuggets. What I received was a rodeo burger WITH SAUCE and an 8-piece of regular nuggets. I always place my orders using the mobile app so it's not that the order was taken wrong, they just can't seem to prepare them correctly.If it only happened once or twice, I wouldn't even be writing this review, but since it happens practically all the time, I feel that it's worth mentioning publicly — hopefully someone in charge will read this and take the necessary steps to see that it doesn't continue.For the sake of comparison, I very rarely experience this problem at the nearby McDonald's and Wendy's locations — it's very unusual for those restaurants to get my orders wrong — so it's not a common problem with fast food in general, it's just a problem with this particular Burger King location.I live closer to Burger King, which is the main reason why I tend to choose them over McDonald's and Wendy's, but I think my latest visit will also be my last visit. I'd rather drive a little further and get my meal the way I ordered it than save a little time and be stuck with food that I can't eat.

Fast, friendly and it tastes like BK sooo... not sure what else to say, besides always check your drive-thru items IF SPEC. ITEMS are ordered, cause they're not ? ? So remember, the next time your MEAN ? to a HUMAN ? we ALL make mistakes ? ????

Consistently good BK cuisine, nice staff, convenient drive-through. Also, Impossible Whopper, yum.
