If i were to rate my experience based upon the service i received from the workers, i would give them 5 stars. They were courteous and provided expediant service. However, i was deeply disturbed by the lack of presence of a tip jar. i highly doubt that u are paying these workers a living wage (at least $21/hr. for a single adult in MA). The fact that u are WILLFULLY CHOOSING not to allow customers to offer gratuity is DISGUSTING! i will not be buying food from this location ever again.
$3.12 for a fountain-machine-dispensed, small diet cola. Uh, no thank you. 1L diet cola, bottle, $2.78, from the convenience store located a stone’s throw down the road.
Delivery was horrible, took over 40 minutes to get delivered, $5 tip included. Food came cold and soggy and was delivered in an unsealed back. Gross
2 because I received the order but after ONG never again, delivery was quick but meat uncooked, ask for normal sandwich receive it plain, plain hamburger received it with everything and extra? fries no salt…AT ALL nuggets not properly cook without any sauce , 3 times order here and Always mess it up, no thanks you I’m done.
Horrible and risk taking location! My husband ordered an Impossible Whopper for me WITHOUT pickles (see receipt) and a plain burger only with ketchup for one of our kids. Of course, my burger was covered with four slices of the largest pickles I have ever had on a burger, and my kid‘s burger was missing the ketchup. Both things happened also already last week at the same location! Not funny and if someone is allergic, it can actually be life threatening! Luckily I‘m not, but I hate pickles! I hope management will take appropriate action, but looking at the other comments, I doubt it. I will also inform Burger King!
It was ok and the guy who was at the window was very nice with a positive attitude and that makes people to come back ? this is just my opinion for now?
App states the location is closed. But website shows that the hours means its open. I placed an order on the app at 10:36 at 11:50 order was canceled. But the drive through is still open till 2am. So why was the order canceled? Why couldn't they just hand the order through the drive through then? Is it closed or open? How many licks to get to the center of the tootsie pop? The world may never know.
Fast food is fast food. It is the same level of quality you would get from any other Burger King. The service was good and the restaurant was clean. The detractor is that this Burger King is very old and outdated.
I am shocked that Burger King offers temp on burgers. I took a bite and it was completely uncooked/rare. The chicken was burned close to black and dry. The cheese puff or whatever tasted awful. You have done amazing, you beat the McDonald on California st. Never knew it was possible congrats never getting BK again
I ordered 2 impossible whoppers and 2 double cheeseburger meals with only ketchup for my kids. I waited patiently they then gave me 2 regular whoppers and no cheeseburgers so I told them. They made the impossible whoppers over then I told them I never got my double cheeseburgers. At this point I have been in the restaurant for about 20 mins waiting for my food. When I finally got my burgers I rushed out because my food was going to be ice cold by the time my kids got it. I get home and I have only single cheeseburgers plain with no ketchup. They can’t even get simple burger orders right even tho I copied the order to the manager 5 or 6 times. This is sad that they can’t even do their job ! I will not be going to the moody street Burger King ever again !
