I always go to needham to buy my Chinese food I live in waltham so that night I was tired so I decided to try 3 fortunes restaurants and then when I saw the food from this restaurant I remembered why I prefer to drive to needham and buy my Chinese food it was nasty and expensive never again I do not recommend the 3 fortunes bad bad bad food I mean everything that I bought was bad.

Ordered via Grubhub from this restaurant. They had their own drivers and did not use Grubhub drivers. For personal reasons, I did not tip for the delivery. Also I avail Grubhub+ so that I can avoid delivery charges.50 minutes after I placed the order, the driver calls me up, claims that he is outside my door, which he was not, and said that because I did not tip him, he would not be handing over my dinner to me! And he left.The audacity! At this point I don’t care how good the restaurant is, is this how you treat your customers?! Could you not just cancel my order rightaway if you saw that I didn’t tip, given the drivers are also your staff? They gave the reason for cancellation in Grubhub as item not available!!!Please stay far far away from this restaurant as possible!
I placed an order over the phone with one of the employees and gave him my credit card info and then I waited for about 30 minutes and then they pulled up and met him on my porch and he said $53.00 so I gave him the money not even thinking about my debit card so basically I paid twice and when I called them today they acted like I was from another planet and had no idea what I was talking about and could barely speak English all of the sudden.
