Wings Over is so good I honestly can’t think of a single place with better wings. Their more recent rebranding went well and the new menu is much easier to get what you want all at good prices. I’m also a huge fan of how they cook their boneless wings here because it’s like they cook them like normal wings instead of outright frying them. Genius really, but you’ll need to try them yourself to see why they’re so fantastic. As other positives the dining room is large/clean, delivery is always easy, and the service is fantastic. All in all they are my go to for everything wings and will be forever.
I've been to this Wings Over many times throughout the years and this last time I went really didn't sit well with me. I went to pick up my online order and on my way in, I encountered two young ladies eating and chatting at the front counter, but since they were the only people there, i walked up to them. When I got to the counter there was absolutely no welcoming vibe from them, I barely was even acknowledged and they finally did because I spoke up and said I had an online order. They hand me my order and continue chatting away together. When I get to my car I realize I wasn't given the drink I ordered, so I went back in and asked for it politely and left. When I got home I noticed I was missing the fries with my order and decided to give them a call and let them know of the mistake and that I don't live too far and would go back for them. I was in no way disrespectful. When I finally looked at the fries they gave when home, it looked like they gave me all the fries from the bottom of a bag. I believe it was done out of ill will. The staff at this place during 8pm are very unprofessional. Having worked at several fast food franchises I can say that this Wings Over needs to do a better job hiring people who at least will do their job and not give their customers below bare minimum professionalism.
Usually order at least once a week. Love the crinkle fries with my meals and was told they will no longer have. Im not a waffle frie or tater tot person. Need to find a new place.
Food was 1/2 warm 1/2 cold! Not sure how this happened when I was waiting for 15 minutes in the building to pick up my take out. So sad use to always get hot fresh food. NOT SINCE COVID ☹
Ordered the West Texas mesquite dry rub as one the choices and had the order delivered. There was so much seasoning it was inedible. Called and put on hold for over 10 minutes while they took more orders. Ended up driving there, got a replacement order and a credit back to my card. The manager attempted to make things right.
Second time there in 5 yrs. Ronnie was nice and friendly. We were able to take our time trying to decide. She helped us figure out what and how to eat our take out. Food was very good and exactly how we thought they would taste. Will go again. Sooner!
I'm glad people before me have had good customer service because lately as I've been coming here, it's been terrible. I'm only rating the service 2 stars. I've called before to place an order on the phone 3 times and I've been hung up on each time after waiting for 10 minutes. The workers are always off-putting and not very friendly. The chicken, however, is some good chicken. I'd give it 5 stars for that because it beats KFC and Chick-fil-A. Just wish I could get some service in here. Come now.
I will never support this establishment again. I ordered a 24 piece bone in extra extra crispy. I get there and luckily I checked. The wings were soft and bleeding. I workers/and I assumed manager stated that the wings in question were as crispy as they were allowed to fry. I've had several orders upon compliance. I asked If I could have an order fried as specified, worker/manager said no. Refund was given, myself, friends and family will take our busses elsewhere, especially the super bowl from here on out.
Love the place but soggy waffle fries are not the way to go. Bring back the old fries and up the quality on the chicken. I used to order once a week, that’s how much I used to love the place.
Love the garlic parmesan chicken. Great variety. Friendly staff & excellent customer service. Food is always fresh, never a long wait. Highly recommend.
