Worst customer service. Every time I go here there’s something missing from my order and the customer service is little to nonexistent. The employees are incompetent and even asking them a simple question like “Is there sauce in the bag?” All I got was a blank stare as if he was lost. On top of that there was no sauce and my strawberry frosty was missing. And I didn’t care to ask for it because apparently the worker didn’t know how to answer a simple question. Today will be my last day going to Wendy’s.(Edit) Forgot to mention my nuggets were rock hard as if they were old and were fried again. Fries were chewy as well.
Food was cold, my soda was flat, our strawberry lemonade was terrible. just really unsatisfied with Wendy's because we haven't been to Wendy's in a long time and definitely not missing anything.
Staff is friendly. You don't wait long to get order. Food is hot and delicious!
The shift that is working today (around 12:30n) needs to talk less with each other except when helping those that they should be serving. Less talk and more work, then people will get their food quicker and correctly.
No wonder this Wendy's has been there for a long time. Food on point and fresh and the fries crispy hot. I had the Asiago chix sandwich. Will definitely go back.
Give it like a 2.5⭐The place was mostly empty when we d idk nes there. The tables were a bit dirty. The food was underwhelming. The staff was fine, no issues there.
Pretty solid experience. Used the coupons from the app and ended up getting a good deal. The meal was good and the fries were hot and crispy. No complaints.
Coming up on 15 minutes waiting for a #10 & a second biscuit…?One whole (gospel) song waiting for my order to be taken at the speaker. Now on song #3 after having to “pull over to the side”.I realize that there’s really no such thing as “fast food” anymore, but [email protected]!!
Horribly understaffed. Takes forever and half the time order isn't filled properly. God help you want something small or quick. Sitting in drive thru with only 4 cars ahead of you for almost a half hr is not fast food. This was bad before the pandemic started. Makes a hard day even crappie.
Just had the best Wendy's experience of my life. Josh is an incredible server and you definitely do not pay him enough! Truly joyful
