Stopped for coffee at the drive thru, the service was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional. The coffee is pretty good here and the price is very fair. 7/20/22 ..stopped for lunch with a couple of coworkers, ordered right away and got our order pretty quick and it was hot and fresh. The cashier was friendly and funny and very professional. Great visit ?

Went late at night, they didn't mess up anything in my order and it was really good.

This place sucks. I ordered one meal and they couldn’t even get that right. Charged me extra for cheese and didn’t even put it on my sandwich. Had me at the window for a few minutes and then parked me lol get it together Wendy’s.

I really don't know why this Wendy's is so incompetent. They always ask me to pull up to trick their timers and then they make mistakes on very simple orders. 9/10 times I go there, a mistake is made, but usually multiple.

Every single time we order here from Doordash, the workers refuse to send our drinks along with our order. We've had to refund DOZENS of partial orders due to the drinks being missing, with Dashers calling us AT THE RESTAURANT saying that the workers are telling them no drinks, when receipts clearly show drinks purchased. This is 100% ridiculous and the training there is clearly horrible if drinks are this routinely overlooked.

The staff at this particular restaurant are just there to collect a paycheck, and how do you introduce a new frosty flavor and not have it available at 4:30 pm in the afternoon?Seriously. No strawberry , no vanilla , only chocolate. The manager doesn't seem to actually care ,so why should the staff . We weren't offered any discount or anything. I understand that food service is hard work. I did it for 2 years as a young adult. It's not hard to get repeat customers when you are polite and nice to customers.

Food was good. Fresh, well cooked.The restaurant was unclean, all table were dirty, trash on the floor, and trash containers were overflowing. I reported, after waiting for my food, I asked the manager for a wet cloth to clean the table. I was done eating, at least half an hour when they finally sent someone to sanized the tables. The restaurant was not busy and had at least five employees.

These mfs had me waiting in the line for 45 minutes… THEN when i got to the order machine they had me sit there for another 5 minutes before even greeting me at all. THEN when they finally asked me what i wanted they cut me off mid- order and made me wait another 2 minutes. THEN when i ordered 2 separate meals, they completely ignored one of them and said i never asked for it……….. when i went inside to talk to someone they all ignored the front counter until i left out of agitation from waiting for almost an hour for “fast” food. Also while in line 8 different cars left because of the wait, they were only taking one order at a time

Disclaimer: I am usually not one to complain but my experience was so poor I am prompted to write one. That being said, I've always known that this particular Wendy's was usually slower. Keeping this in mind, I placed a mobile order for pickup approximately 25 mins in advance before I leave on break for work. I go inside and see that nothing has been prepared. In total, I spent 20 mins to speak with someone at all. Eventually, I was given my order (incorrectly might I add), and I ended up wasting 35 mins of my time (as well as my break) for an order I put in well in advance. The service I was met with was extremely poor and I was appalled at how I was treated. I am usually very understanding because I understand what it feels like to be a service employee. But, I just dont think this location is worth going to anymore.
