Went to Wahlburgers in Springfield MA this past Saturday, and I was impressed with the decor and how clean the restaurant was. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable on everything on the menu. The cocktails were to die for. The tots were amazing, not soggy or mushy. The flavors explodes in your mouth when you pop the tots into your mouth. The Burgers were good size and tons of flavor. Overall if you’re in the area looking for great food and service, this is the place to go. The Wahlburgers are a talented family from acting to cooking, Job well done Paul.
Asked for medium came out well done. If it's over cooked then my cheese should be melted. Also had the spicy tots. Tots tasted like there where cooked 20 min before and left under the warmer. Spicy lmao 1-10 scale I give it .2 just for the mustard dance that was on it. Plus side staff was nice and friendly. No I didn't complain. So I didn't speak to a manager.
So there were super slow today and the service ok. But the food was good and the drinks good. So I recommend this place.
Food is amazing but the staff is out of this world. Always friendly n smiling. It’s actually really nice and my kid and I love going there it’s kid friendly and to be honest it’s the best burger!!!!
Very fast and friendly service. My burger was delicious, and my son's response about his burger was, "wow, i could eat this everyday!"
Came in on Tuesday around a non busy time. Server Jada was friendly and attentive. I ordered the BBQ Bacon burger along with the sweet potato tots. Washed it down with a IBC root beer.Food came out pretty quick and the food was nice and hot. I was worried the burger would come out smothered in BBQ sauce, it wasn’t. I also had mine without the Jalapeños since they’re not pickled and properly too hot for me. The burger was a decent size. The tots were my favorite thing. Crispy with a soft center, good lord, I still want more.I’ve been to Wahlburgers in Coney Island and that was a disaster but this location redeemed the franchise. Sure it’s more than what you pay at another fast food joint but the experience and quality was by far more superior than your Big Mac at McDonald’s. Keep up the good work!
Waited so long for this location to open I actually forgot to go until this past weekend. Smallish, and located by the landmark Red Rose, parking is easy in the local casino garage. I sat at the bar and ordered the Double Decker, which no longer is double the original. It is two quarter pound patties, and they have increased the single to just over 5 0z in size. I would recommend starting with this one for your first experience. I ordered mine as close to medium rare as they could get it, and it came out quickly, hot and fresh from the kitchen. Bacon, american cheese (called government cheese on the menu), pickles, onions, lettuce, tomato and Paul's Wahl sauce make for a messy but delicious burger experience. Next time I'd do the sauce on the side to prevent it from devolving into a delightful messy six napkin experience. Tater tots are the way to go here instead of fries, cooked perfectly. For drinks, the Wahlbrewskie is worth trying, (a proprietary batch brewed by Harpoon, in between a red ale and lighter pale ale). Next time the patty melt is going to be my choice, as my neighbor had one that looked so good, he took a picture of it before diving in headfirst. Menu prices tend to be a bit high, but everyone should try it once. As good as or better than some rival upper scale local burger locations, I'd come back for sure. Service can tend towards slow, but that isn't really a problem if you have come to relax. The staff is friendly and super helpful, and will answer any questions you have. Note: the bartender recommended corporate locations over franchise locations, and this is one of the corporate ones. Corporate locations have more freedom in their menu and the family is directly involved in operations. Paul Wahlburg helped getting this one set up, and visits the location frequently. That might not matter to some, but it seems like a guarantee that things are going to be done right here, more so than a lonely franchise far from Bahston. 3.75 stars rounded up
