I absolutely loved my experience at Uno's. I was seated as soon as I walked in the door. Madison and Sydney took care of me, and they were awesome! I ordered the Farmer's Market Deep Dish and the Cookie Skillet. Both were very fresh and delicious! I also got the Blueberry Mojito on a recommendation from the bar! I will definitely be back, and I think next time I'll try to sit outside to see the live music!
We went to eat on the patio over the weekend. When the waiter brought our drinks, he spilled water all over me. It was accidental so I wasn’t upset and just tried to dry myself off. He did not apologize. He simply said “this is why I don’t use trays” and walked off. The manager then comes over and says “I bet that felt great. I wish that was me”. Again, no apology. It certainly did not feel good to get water spilled on me when I was dressed for an outing with friends. My entire shorts were soaked. We tried to brush it off and make the best of it so we sat back down to see what we would order. The waiter returns with a new cup of water and says “here’s a fresh glass. Did you want to wear this one too?”. At that point we got up and left because although it was water, it should’ve still been an apology instead of continuing to make jokes about the situation when we were clearly not okay with it.
I decided to drive down to Massachusetts and visit my favorite pizza restaurant. I love Uno Pizza, I ordered a large deep dish pepperoni and Sausage...juicy & delicious It bring back memories. I really wish I had one close to home. The restaurant was clean, customer service was great, sad the bartender couldn't get my Long Island Ice tea and the Blue Hawaiian right. I then settled for a Ginger ale can't mess that up.
Had the BBQ chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, and I actually enjoyed both the sandwich and the yummy fries which had just the right touch of salt on them. My picky daughter had her sandwich with regular fries and enjoyed hers with extra BBQ sauce. Washed this down with some mango lemonade and topped off with ooey hooey bites for dessert!
I had a 2 glass of wine ? and my sisters homemade sangria really good ?I ask for a dessert ?Brownie with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream & fudge was so GOOD They sing happy birthday to my sisters and they did so together ? Friendly, Nice and family place... In May they will have live music ? ?
My husband and I have been coming here for a while. Today we were waited on by Dee. Very personable and good sense of humor.
Our waiter was Aaron and we got to speak with one of the managers, jenny on this trip. They were very friendly! Service was quick and efficient. Staff helped each other out for a seamless experience. This is how a restaurant should be run! We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!
I live in CT and ordered pizza. Drove 18 minutes to pick it up, drove 18 minutes home and opened the pizza to find it was burnt. Called them and they said they would make a new one. Drove 18 minutes back there and they wanted the old pizza back. I have never had a restaurant ask for the food back. Not only that but I don’t think that’s sanitary to take something that has been in someone’s house and touched back to the kitchen. I feel like they should have let me keep it for the 54 minutes I spent driving and the fact that it is the most expensive pizza I have ever purchased. Never ever going to this restaurant again.
Can't say enough about how impeccable the house cheese burger is.Of course the deep dish is primo, and I Absolutely recommend the thin crust cheese pizza.Thin crust cheese pizza reveals the level of talent and love for the artisans pride.
I come here a lot with friends and family. The drinks are tasty, the service is always great and attentive and the food is better than expected for a chain restaurant. I always get the farmers market deep dish and it’s to die for.
