The credit card reader was broken and on top of that, they got my order wrong! I asked for bean burritos FRESCO (no cheese or sour cream) with added çhipotle & guacamole (which cost extra). Instead, I got regular bean burritos with cheese and zero of the added toppings requested.
My experience at Taco Bell was extremely awkward first time in 2 years I thought it would got better but it didn't.... I ordered the crunchwrap and it was not what I expected it was very thin there was no meat there was no sour cream there was no cheese it was Plankton it was just the burrito wrap and the crunch in the Middle... Plus the cheese look at a little old to me... Very bad experience

There were two sharp pieces of plastic in my husbands burrito. This is disgusting and they obviously don’t care about quality control. Don’t come here.
Open late and they don't screw up my order. However, there's no way to get out of the drive-through line once you're in it so, be warned.
