The people who work at the Subway Restaurant on Saint James boulevard in Springfield, MA we're bomb! Friendly and professional. Helpful and made me and my family feel welcome. They are also open late which is super convenient because I have had at least 3 incidents at the Subway on Sumner Ave in Forest Park, Springfield; Where I get there 5-6min before they are supposed to close and yet their door is already locked and the employee won't even look up... Smh so not only is it already locked up but the sign in the window still says open and right there printed on the glass door are the hours of operation but the person inside won't even look up and indicate that they are closed because they know they are wrong for doing that to people! This happens alot at this location it's so unprofessional. I'm all set with them I won't return...
No good in all aspects of the store...from prices to customer service to parking... 3 workers and still waited almost 45 min for my order to he taken!! never again!

I've been coming to this location since the opened. Ordered on line today and picked up. The order was wrong, the bread was stale and when I went to bring back and have them remake it. They were arguing with me and giving me a hard time and banging stuff around because I brought it back. Won't be going back to this 1.

I’ll never come here again. I’m in line for 15 minutes meanwhile there’s 4 associates working. Moving extremely slow but still joking around. Super unsanitary they would touch multiple surfaces with the same gloves my sandwich was made with.
This is the subway of my childhood and frankly they keep getting better. Employees were extremely professional and polite. Food was being turned out faster than I could read the menu. Hands down the best experience I've had at a Subway in a long time.
Can be pretty busy and slow during times for Doordash deliveries, food seems to be made well, employees are good, store is clean most times I visit, my recommendation is for management to take advice from workers on how to improve wait times for door dashers and other food delivery or pickup service people.
We stopped by at this subway location after a long trip and we’re greeted by some smiling faces. The staff specifically Amanda and Darion are such sweethearts and made sure that our food was prepared as per our expectations. Great hospitality and excellent service ! Would definitely recommend stopping by this location if you are nearby !!!
