WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. Avoid the Basketball Hall of Fame location by all means. And if you order online and it doesn't come through, the manager will blame YOU for accusing HIM of lying. Then he will tell you to contact corporate for a refund (that was a lie). I finally had to walk away from his nonsense and he said not to come back! THIS is the caliber of service you will receive at this location.
This the most Irresponsible and unprofessional branch of all subways I've ordered in my time living in Springfield. They take orders then cancel them without notification and leave the grub hub driver without a clue on where to go and super unprofessional on the phone and also lying to customers about opening and closing time. As a business owner others wont care about businesses like their owners. These workers will mess up this branch with their bad customer service with cancelling orders and all that just to leave early. Grub hub is cancelling this branch for pickups because they did the same thing 3 times the same week one day right after the other.Stay away from this branch
It's a subway all right. 6 dollars for some flat bread and salami. My school bus also used to stop over at the basketball hall of fame but they changed the stop to somewhere else because some kids were "stealing things" (we never stole anything ever)My theory is that subway just didn't like kids sitting in the subway seats to wait for their parents so they just filed a complaint saying that we were being bad and stealing things.
Major bad attitude, not enough veggies and try to over charge me.

Went to the subway inside of pride next to MGM. A girl named Amanda made the sandwich. She was a trainee. Now my experience was a “5 star†one because of HER. She wasn't fast by any means. But she was extremely nice, and she asked if I had enough of everything she put on. I hope she's offered a permanent position. Need people like her that care.

Best steak and cheese grinders
Easy in and out location. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. The staff was pleasant and made suggestions about their new bread and sandwiches. On-Line Ordering was quick , and easy to navigate all online orders have been correct.
