I have no idea... Absolutely no idea why oh why this location is always so behind. We wait in line 15 to 20 minutes everytime. For simple orders. I was so excited to only have a few cars today... Nope took 8 minutes to advance one car *sigh* my daughter and I have cycled through so many possible excuses... Maybe it's bc they are a newer installation and they are working out the kinks, maybe it's a certain time of day, maybe it's covid staffing shortages... At this point it's absurd and we are going to just drive to east Longmeadow or Ludlow because when we have we end up getting home sooner even going to a different city. That's sad. 1
Always happy with my order they were slower than normal was in line of drive-thru more than 15 minutes and yes they were busy however I've been to other locations when they were busy but the wait time was NEVER that long.
Will never go to this one again. I order a black coffee and politely let the individual know it had sugar....I'm told I'm wrong and I politely ask again-he goes to another individual who coms over and tells me how I ordered wrong and how I need to order...I told the individual I ordered a black ice coffee and she still insisted I didnt....BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Ps, I also had to let them know that there is nothing wrong and Im not looking for a refund just a black ice coffee........Customer service class is needed here....
My favorite Starbucks! I always have the best experience with the workers here, they're all so lively and nice, I even got a cute heart and smiley face on my cup today :) great customer service

If I ever see Mat outside , imma give him a triple espresso!! He needs to be retrained. I’ll be more than happy to housebreak him!
The coffee was good but still overpriced only came here to make my girlfriend happy I would never come here as a normal person when a $5 small iced coffee is twice the price as a bag of coffee from stop & shop
Won’t catch me there again. Mat is completely RUDE and lies about the expresso machine being down. I seen him unplug the expresso machine when a specific customer came in and told them it was down…then plugged it back in when they left. Aren’t you guys suppose to make y’all customers happy?!?! Terrible
