Hours must be wrong. Says they open at 6am. Got here at 6:45 and everything is locked up with one man standing behind the counter looking like he didn’t want to open up yet. Not sure if short staffed or what the reason is for not being open. Disappointing.

I have never had a bad experience with Starbucks until I went here this morning. (First & last time I will ever go here). My wife and I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 danishes, the sandwiches were cold & the bread was hard; as if it's been microwaved prior & left to sit there. I was very disappointed. We did not go back because we had to head straight to work but never again will I go here.

I've been to this Starbucks several times coz I stay at Sherton when I'm on business trips. The staff here seems to work like they don't care. Not the look you want to see in the morning to start your day. My blueberry oatmeal had no blueberries. This is great location with lots of potential in the downtown. It's a shame it doesn't have friendly staff. A little bit of smile goes a long way. Just saying!

Good coffee its starbucks. Staff was friendly. Other customers sitting outside gave me the stank eye. Like I was a lil too brown to be sitting there.
