Lady was supper rude. I was spelling my address and she was repeating it back with a big attitude like its my fault she can’t spell. I asked her to calm her voice down and she hanged up on me. 1 ⭐️ Is way to much for this restaurant.
I order a party size honey wings and I got fry wings I called to let them know then I brought it back then I ask back for my delivery fee since I had to bring it back then here comes the attitude telling me it's not her fault worst customer service ever and they know it's their fault
Had to return my food because the rice smelled bad and tasted stale, when I got there they took back the food and didn’t even offer an apology or any concession but they gave me what was supposed to be a fresh plate. When I got home the rice on the top smelled and tasted ok but the rice at the bottom smelled and tasted just like the rice I returned. They’ll never get my money again. They don’t seem to throw out food when it’s bad or stale they think they can just throw it on the stove again and add fresh things to it to make it better.
Not satisfied at all put my crab Rangoon in with rice made soggy I like them crispy
The Chinese girl that pick the phone is so rude and disrespectful. I will never order from them never again
Small portions boneless spareribs were burnt and they didn't give me everything I ordered and when I called they were very rude yelling at me on the phone.
Been going here for over, (well I’m 33, my parents originally began so I’d say over 45 years. We know the owner Michael very well and we know oversees many restaurants, after today I’m done, I ordered my food, as usual and when it came to ordering wings as uncomfortable as it is for me to ask, for fresh wings because I mean come on it’a expected!?! Right? No well I mentioned please fresh wings and she lost it yelling and I had to explain that no her statement of it always being fresh hasn’t been correct… sometimes we’ll many times I get home with wings that clearly were twice maybe thrice cooked! Same with ribs…. It’s like wow and then she hangs up on me and so I call back and she continued her tirade before hanging up on me again so I popped up because I did put an order and she never took it so once there she continued to yell and say it’s all fresh just like the giant already fried wings on the counter that I know they will throw into fryer to re hear causing her entire story of them being fresh out the window!!!! Right or wrong!?!?
The driver sceam at me and started a fight he didn't want to give me my food. Just because he was in the wrong entrance and I was trying to explain hin that he was in the wrong door

Friendly customer service, woman who took my order was very polite, fast delivery food came quickly & was fresh!! Rice was soo good cooked perfectly w/ no veggies per request. Generous portions. Highly recommend.
