They took 31 minutes just to get our food the biscuits were cold but the box was hot the only thing here that was hot was the chicken they prepped the chicken way to late. And the fries were kinda old
I've tried other Popeyes and this one has been my favorite so far. Friendly, hardworking staff and food was hot and fresh. Biscuits and Mac and cheese were on point. Next time I want Popeyes and going to this location.
Ordered family pack. Got home no rolls no coleslaw. Not worth going back to complain.Second time dissapointing. Not that they were busy just dont seem to have it togeather.
The young man behind the counter greeted me and took my order, I asked for an 8 piece with no wings, which he itemized and was displays on the monitor. Itemized on the monitor was 3 thighs, 3 breast and 2 legs. The young lady packing my order put wings in the box, I told her, "I asked for no wings." in a very snappy manner she said, "what?" to which I repeated. She then replied, "well, he (the cashier) didn't tell me that" I responded that I can see it on the monitor... she then took the wings out... and STILL DIDN'T PUT WHAT WAS ITEMIZED ON THE MONITOR!! At this point I can see her whole demeanor is not pleasant and she was being intentionally difficult I was just gonna take what she gave me and left... I have no time to sit and argue with your employees. I hope you guys hire better employees because I do not want to return.
The customer service representatives were friendly and professional. However once we got home, we realized that an item was missing, had to go back and get it, but this time the reps were just looking, no one asked can I help you, finally another rep came and assisted us. Lesson, check your bag before you leave!!
Inexpensive. They took our order quickly but it took awhile for the food to arrive. Clean. The bathrooms are locked. The food tastes good, but the portions of mashed potatoes, in particular, are tiny. Good overall, but KFC is faster and a better value.
It takes way to long to receive a order. The person in charge of getting your order is superrrr slow. Great food but they should get better staff
This is the worst Popeyes I've been to. And I've been to bad ones. They treat you like garbage. Never have desserts. Say chicken takes a while and they take half an hour to give you the food. Always missing a chicken from the 3 piece combo or they give you the smallest ones. I just spent 30minutes in line in my car (not for me because I am not spending my money there again), I can finally get to the person to order and they tell me they are not accepting card. They are the absolute worse.
The chicken was dryer than croutons, it probably was sitting there all day. Do better Springfield Popeye’s it was definitely not edible… or ethically correct.
I was excited to know a new spot was coming because the former Burger King on State St. was terrible. All my experiences at the new Popeyes on State St. Springfield MA has been terrible too. Terrible customer service, as usual, and the first time I went my chicken was raw. I decided to go there again and give them another shot, and again my chicken was raw. Very disappointed. Will not be going here again.
