They need new employees they don’t know anything horrible the 2nd time they made us wait 25 mins Then over charge us for our food never going back until this change.
Employees are lost. Took 30 minutes for my online order after it was supposed to he done. Half hour, when the chicken only takes 6 minutes to cook. Never again.2 years later, worse now

This Popeyes is changing the originally recipes their messing up orders I order spicy chicken and when I got home it was original they don’t understand English so that’s why the mash potatoes tasted watered down THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS POPEYES DOWN SERIOUSLY AND I WILL BE CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE TOMORROW BECAUSE SINCE THEY OPENED THEY ARE FKUPS HOW CAN YOU CHANGE THE ORIGINAL CLOSE THEM DOWN
I was giving the wrong order and had to go all the way back. They didn't say anything just handed the bag back and walked away. I was also charged $.30 each for each side of mac and cheese they said it was for their new Mac and cheese which was horrible. Instead of giving regular sides they gave small and didn't fix it.
That people that work there are not good and the service is terrible and they don’t have good service I don’t recommend this place
Boston rd spfld ordered spicy Chicken sandwich no pickle extra sauce. Repeated it 3 times! Got to window said hello woman looked at me , no response took card no response 5 minutes later came back handed me everything no response I said thank you she rolled her eyes! Wow ! Opened bag got EXTRA PICKLE with a side of attitude must be because of my color ! NEVER GO BACK THERE ,NOT WELCOME!!
This place is a joke came through the drive-through with my daughter and we ordered food and got the wrong order I come back around the drive through and the manager said she won’t give me the correct order because she never saw me come around the drive through and they never even gave me a receipt she refused to give me the correct order I paid for now I lost money abs ended up getting g my daughter mc Donald’s will never do business here again
It was awful there tonight, what a giant sh!t show that place is, and the chicken sandwiches have gone down in quality big time.
