Excellent food and service! Best fries I’ve ever had! Our server was kind, attentive, and very honest! Our food was amazing, and it came out extremely quickly. For many restaurants being short staffed, quick service was awesome to see! Finally, my burger exceeded my expectations! It was not greasy in any way, had strong flavor, and came with a great crispy side of fries! Definitely coming back!
Great food, typically good service, but this will be a lackluster review because of a single employee who is seemingly miserable. While his coworkers treat the guests as you would expect from any restaurant of this quality, and other servers go above and beyond, Ariel (as I was told. He has glasses and a salad bowl haircut) is just horrible. We called ahead to ask if they allow dogs on the patio and he said verbatim, "service dogs only" and then hung up. No other words, no gentle tone to his voice. It felt like I was calling into a prison to get an inmate status report. When we arrived he was clearly the person I spoke to on the phone. He didn't welcome us or even say hello. He took two menus and said, "two?". I said yes please and he walked us to a table, threw the menus down and walked away.They have a great place here and I've been coming for years. There is other great staff. This dude is a reason not to visit though. It's palpable how uninterested in being there himself, and YOU being there, he is.
Rating this restaurant a one star mainly because of its poor customer service. I recall the food being spot on, which is why we decided to dine in on 05/07 (second time for me, first time for my friend). It wasn’t too crowded when we arrived and we were seated immediately, however, we waited over half an hour for our food that never arrived. The lady who served us did not check in on us or let us know what was going on while we were waiting. What was most infuriating was seeing a group of customers who came in after us being served their meals before us. We decided to inform the lady in the front desk that we were just going to cancel our order and leave. She wasn’t very empathetic and said that their system was down so there’s a chance that some orders did not get to the kitchen. We would’ve appreciated our server telling us this information during our wait. But alas, we never saw her again after she served us our drinks. Hoping we don’t experience this again in the future. Do better y’all.

service...today is one of the best day ever that we experienced the good service ,the waitress jilian or Julian she is amazing she deserve a raise together with all the crew they are nice i order the wrong one today and they want me to get what i want as i remember, which its my favorite too.. Yes I'll come back there again! Good food,good service, good people...worth it to visit and try.
Burgers are dynamite, bourbon was smooth but the poppers were outrageously spicy, a bit much for us, if you love a spicy dish I recommend this appetizer. We split the flourless chocolate cake for dessert, very rich but a nice end to the meal.
They were able to block off an entire section for a party of 20. Gabby was our waitress and was AWESOME. She was so kind and handled our large party all by herself. When it came down to splitting all the checks she was spot on with everyones. The blue cheese nachos are amazing.
It was my first time at Plan b and the service was great. I had ordered a plain veggie burger without cheese, pretty much a naked burger on a bed of lettuce. When my burger arrived it had cheese on it. The bartender immediately gave way and sent it back. The wait staff and greeters were friendly and cordial.
Good food. Great drinks. Solid service.
