My first time eating from this restaurant and loving there food Especially there egg rolls..???
The food is mostly good but the staff especially the woman at the front desk is very rude and dismissive
Three times I have ordered large orders. Twice they messed up and fixed once. They argued with me both times. Poor customer service. I ordered beef and broccoli and they sent chicken and broccoli and said "oh well." The General chicken is VERY poor quality. Barely any chicken, and extremely orange in color. They lost a customer that pays $100 or more each time for an order of Beef and Broccoli. Smh
Love this Chinese restaurant, the staff need to change is, when they r taking orders over the phone to relax cuz you can't barely understand what they saying I have a suggestion hire a person just to take orders the two worker that they have had to help cooking and pack the order
So bad they won’t deliever to me or even take my order after they said they deliver
Ordered food from there Wednesday and woke up the next day sick and 102 fever never again they don't use gloves or sanitize that's the only thing I have eaten all day so I know that got me sick
First time ordering from Peking House and it was pretty good I would go again.
Good taste Chinese food.
Rude they don’t wanna take my order or deliver to me no more because I ordered food but then I got called into work right after and I couldn’t wait for the food now they don’t wanna deliver to me or take my order
They said they can’t deliver to me because I’m not in their area but I’m literally down the street from them, I literally live off of liberty st so I’m assuming they just have a bad sense with locations
