I would’ve given 5 stars but the amount of cumin spice in the grilled veggies and in the carnitas this time was so overwhelming and overpowering. I will be tossing my leftovers… We may not return because of this. It’s too bad as my husband and I have been coming here for many years. The service is exemplary and we love that they always bring chips and salsa without having to ask. The food is always so fresh. It doesn’t need all that cumin!!
It's my first time coming here. They brought us some chip with salsa omg this salsa was so salty. But the rest of the food I got was delicious. I got a burrito with steak it's called big bordurrito. I had to also try 2 of there dessert which it was the brownie Sunday. Omg the brownie came out nice and hot ? and I also got tres leches it was k wasn't as good. Definitely got me 3 liquor drinks was disappointed by one because it didn't look like the one on the pic but it tasted really good skyrita mango frozen. Like when we got there nobody was at the hostess area which that looks very unprofessional.
First I'll say staff were overall friendly and they were clearly short staffed. However the food was either under or over cooked, cold, and pretty bland. None of us finished our plates or took anything home. There really wasn't anyone checking in on us to voice our concerns to. The price for 2 adults and a kid was not worth at all what we paid. Overall highly disappointing experience and can't say I'll be looking to go back soon.
This was the worst experience dining out ever. What really gets me is I used to work here and it saddens me to see how far gone this establishment has become. I’ve been in this business for 26 years, so I know stuff happens, but this is just what work ethic is these days…We waited hour to be seated, no biggie, I was craving it. Didn’t get our queso we ordered, our jalapeños came out with our meal, our waiter never came back to us until we were done, he kept walking away as we were trying to order, my dessert I took home took longer than entire meal and the place was so filthy!! Then when we were about to leave, server sprayed table cleaner all over me and my jacket, I said something, she ignored me and then proceeded cleaning said table as she was flinging dirty food at all of surrounding tables trying to eat… think that’s enough for one visit! Absolutely horrible
Service is good. Place is clean. Food is still just okay - you can do better elsewhere getting better food, more of it, and paying less elsewhere. Same for drinks, they are just good not great.
Disgusting food, absolutely trashy service. Our server took about 30 mins to get us chips. She would go away and we have to ask other server to find her. First time in my life fajita came cold. Mexican rice was white, basically no flavor. I or none my family members will ever visit this place.
My boyfriend and I have ordered takeout from this place multiple times and it's been problematic each time.As other reviews have stated, picking up your takeout here is a joke. The staff acts as though it's not their job to interact with you at all, and when they do the attitude is poor at best.Tonight is the last time we will be ordering takeout because it took 10 minutes to even get the staff's attention and at least 10 minutes more for them to bring the food out.
Excellent waitress and food was exceptionally good today. One of our best dining experiences at OTB.
My family and I went for lunch today. The waitress was clearly sick, as she was sniffling terribly and seemed very lethargic. The waitress had absolutely no customer service skills and wasnt pleasant at all. It was almost as if we were a burden to her. Twice, she asked me a question while walking by the table. She did not stop to hear my answer either time. She ignored a spilled drink right in the middle of the floor, until another customer pointed out that someone could fall. Even then, she walked away and left the wet floor.Overall, the restaurant was very dirty and nothing like it used to be. The straws were so cheap they broke as soon as you touched them. There was no music playing and all the staff looked miserable. We couldn't eat fast enough to get out of there.
